Amara Shepard. Earth born, Vanguard, was the daughter of a well respected family. Until one day. An event that would forever change her life occurred. her parents were fatally wounded in a major bombing accidents by terrorists in her hometown of London, leaving her homeless and an orphan. instead of living on the streets. she was taken to a place for biotics, known as Jump Zero. Where she met Kaidan Alenko, a handsome and wonderous best freind to her. she developed a thing for him later on even after he killed the abusive Vyrnus, who hurt her when she went to grab something from her bag instead of using her biotics Later when Jump Zero was closed. her and Kaidan joined up in the alliance together. getting assigned to a post on Elsyum together. their career together would blossom. even having multiple romantic occurances between eachother. After saving Elsyum together. Shepard was promoted to C.O of the SSV Normandy. she requested that Kaidan would posted to the Normandy aswell. Later, on Eden Prime they met Gunnery-Chief, Ashley Williams. Amara, Kaidan, and Ashley became great freinds, taking trips to the mysterious and great Citadel and getting drinks together and partying. after telling Ashley or as they jokingly called her the Ash Kicker for getting in a bar fight after someone insulted Amara. that her and Kaidan were involved. the trio would take trips out to earth so they could meet Kaidan's parents and Amara could pay her respects to her parents graves and meeting Ashley's Family. But then they had to sacrafice a friend on Virmire, which Amara regrets that she had to choose chose Ashley. Kaidan understood why and was always there for her.
