Revelations
AN: This story is a rewrite of the Todd/Hannah scene on Friday 1-6-2012. It is written from Todd's point of view. It is based on the Characters from One Life to Live. I do not own these characters…they belong to ABC and this story is just written as a means of entertainment.
I stared at Hannah as I placed my finger on the trigger. I wanted to kill her as she smugly smiled at me.
"If Cole dies, I'm going to kill you," I stated. If Cole died, it would kill my daughter and Marty...She couldn't survive losing Cole after everything else.
"It was an accident. I never wanted to hurt Cole. I wanted to hurt you, by taking your precious Starr away from you. All you care about is her."
"Me? Why would you want to hurt me? We don't even know one another. We're nothing to each other."
"That's not entirely true. I may as well tell you the truth about who I am. If you're going to shoot me you should know who you're shooting. "
"Fine, I'll play you're game. Who are you Hannah?"
"I'm your daughter... Yours and Marty's."
I let out a laugh. She was obviously demented if she thought that she was my daughter with Marty.
"It's true," she said as I continued to laugh.
"How could that be? There's no way Marty would ever let me touch her."
"You didn't ask her permission to touch her. Did you use protection the night of the spring Fling? "
"It can't be...it's not possible."
"I exist because you and your friends raped my mother. Now that you know the truth, do you have it in you to shoot me like you shot your brother?"
"How do you know that?"
"Grandma Irene came to see me and she told me what a bad, bad boy you've been."
"Irene knows who you are."
"Of course, It was dear, sweet, grandma Irene who tracked me down in the first place."
"You're not really my daughter. This is just a trick that you and my mom are playing."
"If you really believe that, then pull the trigger, or you could confirm I'm telling the truth by running a DNA test."
"Marty would have told me the truth about you."
"She doesn't know I'm alive. She thinks that I'm dead. Grandma Irene faked my death after I was born so that she could raise me."
"Why would she do that?"
"So she could teach me everything I know about mankind. Are you going to shoot me?"Hannah asked.
"I can't...not yet, not until I find out if you are really my daughter."
"I am," Hannah said as the guards came storming into the room.
"Tell Cole, I'm sorry. Tell Starr, I'll be in touch," Hannah stated.
I watched as she was dragged to the police Department. I felt torn, I still hated what she did to my daughter and to Cole, but I had a sickening feeling that she was telling the truth. If she was right, then there was no way I could turn my back on her. I would have to find a way to support her despite what she did to Cole and Starr.
