Hikaru looked out of his room window. He sat there looking up at the clear night sky; one person was clouding his thoughts.

"Father…." Hikaru sighed as he looked up to the bright gray full moon.

"Where are you father, are you alone….?" Hikaru asked the chilling sky.

"If so, you are not alone…."Hikaru smiled up at the moon.

"I am here with you…." Hikaru looked down at the stuffed animal in his hands. Itachi was as clear as day in his mind.

"Another day is gone, and I'm still all alone…."Hikaru told his stuffed animal.

"How could this be, you're not here with me…."Hikaru asked as he looked back up at the chilling night sky.

"You never said good bye….." Hikaru started to tear up slightly.

"Please tell me why, why did you have to go….?" Hikaru moved to the center of his room and sat on the rug that was in front of his dresser.

"Why did you leave my world so cold….?" Hikaru still held his stuffed animal in his hands; he griped it tightly in a hug.

"Every day I sit and ask myself, how did you slip away…?" Hikaru did not stop his tears from falling, they did as they pleased.

"Then I hear you whisper in my ear….you are not alone."Hikaru still sat there crying softly and hugged his friend close to his body.

"You are here with me…." Hikaru cried as he looked up at the ceiling of his room.

"Though you're far away, you're always here to stay…."Hikaru smiled slightly, but it was very small.

"You are not alone; I am here with you…." Hikaru stood up, but stood in the same spot.

"Though we're far apart, you're always in my heart!"Hikaru's smile grew as he took one spin around in a small circle. He held his stuffed animal out at arms length.

"Yes, you are not alone, I am here with you!" Hikaru walked back over to his window to view the sky once more.

"And though you're far away, I know you're here to stay!" Hikaru's smile was much larger now, and tears were no longer freely falling from his eyes.

"Papa, I am not alone, I know you're here with me!" Hikaru reached his hands up to the sky.

"I know I'm in your heart!"Hikaru looked up at the moon and closed his hands tight.

"And papa, you're in mine!" Hikaru lowered his closed hands to his chest, right over his heart.

"You are not alone….."Hikaru turned to return to his sleep; maybe he would be able to close his eyes now.

"Papa, you are not alone…."that was the last thing Hikaru said before he closed his eyes and wondered to sleep.

"Hikaru?" Itachi quickly looked up to the moon. His eyes only fixed on its round gray shape.

"Hikaru, thank you……I am no longer alone…." Itachi smiled up at the moon, he was glad to feel Hikaru's warmth.

"Soon, I will hold you in my arms, and never let you go…."Itachi told the sky.

"I hear your whispers in my ear, I can hear you here….." Itachi sighed heavily. He was in pain from his feet on up. He had no energy to move from where he sat.

"You are not alone, for I am here with you…."Itachi smiled small.

"Though you're far away, I am here to stay…."Itachi looked deeply into the moon, almost seeing his son's face.

Hikaru looked so pale…..so small.

"Hikaru…..You are not alone……"Itachi's smile grew.

"I, your father, am here with you…."Itachi closed his eyes.

"I love you….."He said lastly before falling into a deep slumber.

I have been listening to You are not alone by the Great Michael Jackson. That song always makes me think about my father, that is why I used Hikaru and Itachi for this one. It makes me feel better to hear this song, and it made Hikaru feel better too. I love Michael Jackson and his music, and that will never change! He is missed…. I hope you all enjoyed it…. -Vegemaru
