A/N: This was my first ever fanfic, and yes, I know it sucks, that's why I took it down before. But now I figure, what the heck. Why not.

"I'm so bored!" Ino said with an exasperated sigh.

"Yeah, this is such a drag," Shika added. They hadn't had any assignments in two weeks; Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Ino, Shika, Kiba, and even Hinata were dying for some excitement. Suddenly, one particular orange-clad boy jumped up, started running in circles around the group screaming, "I know what to do, I know what to do!"

"Y-y-yeah?" Hinata managed to get out. The rest just ignored him as usual.

"LET'S GO SWIMMING!"

Kiba stared at him incredulously and stated simply, "Its winter, you idiot."

"Soooo?"

"That means it's cold…"

"Soooo?"

"You really are as dumb as you seem! I didn't think that was possible." Kiba concluded.

But by then, Sasuke had gone so crazy with boredom, he said he would go. Naruto seethed, but calmed down after Sakura said she would go, too. Not wanting to be outdone by "billboard brow," Ino immediantly jumped up screaming she would go. Hinata spoke up briefly.

"K-Kiba, can we g-go, t-too?" Kiba collapsed, defeated, but managed a "fine." And as everyone stared at Shika he gave a disgruntled sigh and consented, muttering something about a waste of his time.

At the river, everyone was down to their underwear, shivering in the cold.

"Who wants to go first?" Sakura asked. And was met by silence. "Ok… how about we all jump in together…holding hands?" looking at Sasuke and blushing the whole time.

"YES!" Naruto screamed, grabbed Sakura's hand and jumped. Which, in turn, made Sakura scream and grab Sasuke before she fell in, and Sasuke grabbed the nearest person to him, and so on and so on. As soon as they were in, they were out, shivering and soaking wet.

"Whose stupid idea was this, anyway?" Naruto shouted furiously. And in reply got a huge, "IT WAS YOURS!" from everyone.

After everyone was thoroughly satisfied from beating Naruto up, they started looking for their clothes on the bank… and found nothing. Suspecting Naruto, they started toward him with murder in their eyes.

"I swear it wasn't me! I swear! Wait, wait! Look! Whoever it was left something behind!" Naruto said desperately.

Hinata, the only one who actually believed him, looked. She did see something, and called the others over.

"I-it's a book," she said, looking down on it. "Icha Icha Paradise?" Everyone stared, then:

"KAKASHI!"

Kakashi looked up from his ramen, suddenly feeling a death wish for him, and laughed to himself. He looked to the pile of clothes he had "acquired," then stopped, looked around and screamed, "MY BOOK! NOOOO!"
