Captain Maki Nishikino is a respected but feared pirate, who goes on adventures with her trusty crew to other lands and oceans. But when she finds a stowaway on her ship named Nico Yazawa and her brother Kotarou, she's suddenly plunged into the biggest adventure she's ever had. Can she and her gang of pirates handle the excitement and conquer the seven seas?

Hullo, everybody! I'm pretty excited to be writing this new fanfic, since it's the first time I've ever thought of a pirate-themed story. It will have my favourite pairings like NicoMaki, NozoEli, KotoUmi, RinPana, TsubaHono, MariKanan and Yoshimura! So get ready to set sail as we begin the adventure!

As she gazed at the vast ocean surrounding her ship, she knew it was the best decision she had ever made.

Maki Nishikino was born to a wealthy couple, who loved her with all their heart. As she grew up, she became more aware of all the pressure that was being placed upon her, all the expectations. Her parents were doctors, their hospitals being well known throughout the Land of Otonokizaka. As such, Maki was expected to follow in their footsteps. Little did they know, their daughter had a dream. A dream to one day, conquer the seven seas..

They had to find out the hard way.

Giving up on trying to be the child they wanted her to be, Maki set out on a journey to fulfill her dream. Her mother was a bit more supportive than her father, who was completely appalled by the idea of his beautiful and intelligent daughter becoming a rough and tough pirate. Bidding them farewell at the age of twelve, the young girl proceeded to buy a boat with the money her parents and given her. And boy, did she find a boat.

Made of only the finest, toughest wood, with sails sewn from the most durable material, Maki's new ship, the BiBi was a gigantic ship that could only be described as a work of art. When Maki boarded onto her new vessel for the first time, she felt her heart soar across the sky.

Setting sail, she invited her childhood friends Rin Hoshizora and Hanayo Koizumi to Jin her on her adventures. The three embarked to the nearby Land of Aisur, where they met Eli Ayase, who joined the crew after seeing talent in Maki. Then they journeyed to the land of Nihonja, and met Umi Sonoda, an orphan girl whose heart was equally as passionate about the sea as Maki. She happily joined them, and so, the crew of five crossed oceans together, raided the rich and helped the poor together, laughed together, and mourned together.

They were μ's. And they were the toughest of them all.
