Meetings
Chrome was a first year student at Hogwarts. Of course, she had been nervous the moment she stepped foot on the train. She had gotten there rather late and was now tasked with finding an open compartment. Being naturally shy she hadn't know what to do at first but stand in the hallway and look around. Looking to her left she decided that the front of the train would probably be more filled than in the back so she turned right and peeked into each passing compartment briefly, a dark blush staining her cheeks. She wasn't particularly paying attention at one point when a boy who sat in the compartment met her violet eyes just as she looked in. She paused, entranced by his strange eyes. He seemed to be staring into her very soul, with those mismatched red and blue eyes. Suddenly, one of the other boys in the compartment opened the door.
"Whatcha looking at?!" Ken barked at the poor girl. Chrome jumped a bit turning to him, as if barely noticing he was there.
"S-sumimasen," She stuttered out in a whisper bowing before turning rapidly to continue on her way.
A big hand reached out and grabbed her wrist. She turned back expecting to face the boy who had barked at her, but she could clearly see him on the floor of the compartment rubbing his head and cursing. Looking up from the gloved hand, she saw it was the guy with the mismatched eyes. He smiled.
"You haven't found a compartment yet," He said it as more of a statement than a question.
Chrome found herself not wanting to look away from his eyes, but did so briefly so she could shake her head. She kept her head lowered, a blush starting to form.
He let go of her wrist, craning his neck over his shoulder.
"Ken, Chikusa. Help her bring her trunk in here."
It was an order, one Chrome was shocked to hear. She looked up at him from beneath her bangs, eyes wide and questioning. She could hear the protests of the blond one, the one with glasses merely standing there waiting to follow her. The boy smiled again and replied: "You and me are alike."
He turned back into the compartment leaving her with the two boys. The glasses guy pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose before introducing himself as Chikusa and the other boy as Ken. Chrome nodded, introducing herself as well. Within minutes they had her trunk settled in their compartment just above the seat she was sharing with Chikusa and M.M. Opposite them sat Ken who still had yet to be quiet. Even on they way with her trunk he had be constantly complaining, never leaving a moment of silence. Next to Ken was Mukuro who had properly introduced himself once they got back.
As the train was departing, Chrome couldn't help but stare at the company she had become acquainted with. All were definitely older than her and were already in their robes, each adored with the Slytherin badge on the front. Chrome herself didn't know what house she would end up in. She had never really been cunning so she doubted she'd end up in Slytherin like her current company. She wasn't super smart or brave so there went Ravenclaw and Gryffindor. At this point, Hufflepuff seemed like the only place she'd fit in.
Mukuro's eyes had never left the small girl's form. She was obviously a first year as they had never seen her around before, and there was just something about her that had caught his attention.
"She has potential," He thought, eyes narrowing a bit. This girl was a mystery, he didn't know the extent of her power just yet, but he was positive she was the one.
