A Very "Sparkly" Defense against the Dark Arts class.
In DADA Hufflepuff Gryffindor (Severus Snape is the professor for this and harry potter and Cedric are the same age, third year.)
"Today, insolent children, we will be learning about vampires." Drawled Snape as he walked into the DADA classroom.
"Sir, where is professor Lupin?" harry potter asked.
"He finds himself unable to teach at the moment." Snape said, sounding annoyed.
"What happened to him, professor?" asked Hannah Abbott
"That is none of your business Abbott." he sneered, "we now have a lesson to attend to, I know it is something we aren't used to when Lupin is teaching" He snapped, harry glared.
"Who here knows ways you can identify a vampire?" Hermione's hand shot into the air almost immediately, "Granger." he said when only her and Cedric's hands were raised.
"Well sir, there is the pale white skin, the red eyes, the fangs, and of course they can't go out into the sun." Hermione began, "stakes when pushed into the heart will kill them, and garlic and crosses repel them and holy water burns or kills them."
"No!" shouted Cedric, "Hermione, you've got it all wrong! Well they do have the white skin, but only the bad vampires have the red eyes! Good ones have warm golden eyes. No vampire has fangs and when they go into the sun they sparkle of course." The class stared at him as if he went nuts, he thought it was a look of fascination and he continued on, "none of those things repel or kill a vampire, another vampire must tear them apart and burn the pieces, but they have super speed and strength." The class went silent as he finished.
"Diggory!" shouted professor Snape in outrage, "what vampire do you know that sparkles? That's absurd! 50 points from Hufflepuff!"
"Way to go Diggory!" snapped Hannah.
Snape sighed, "Sparkling vampires? What is happening to the youth of today?"
Haha, thanks for reading!
