I would like a story where harry is raised by the nations. one were he either becomes a micro nation or a capital city. he either becomes one of them when he first goes to live with one or he washes to become one. I want him were he has one main parent or two. but he lives or visits all of them a lot. he can go to Hogwarts when he is a 11 or older but he most go.
