Many years ago in Japan, there was a princess with lovely pink hair and beautiful emerald green eyes. She was born in a village where her mother was growing up in, her father named her Sakura, it means, "cherry blossom". Her father came from the Land of Cherry Blossom for he is the prince and heir to the kingdom. The princess' grandparents didn't know about her existence, because years ago before Sakura was born, her parents secretly got married and decided to live in the village and raise their daughter there. Then one night, when everyone was asleep, a shadow came in through the second floor window and tried to grab the poor child, but failed due to a special power she was born with, she unknowingly put up a barrier to save herself from the shadow. After she put up the barrier, she began to cry, her parents heard her crying; they ran to their daughter's room and then broke down the door. They witnessed their child crying within the barrier, scaring off the shadow, before the shadow left, it vowed to claim the Cherry Blossom Kingdom and take the princess as its queen and bride. It disappeared but they feared that their daughter is in mortal danger, so they changed her last name from Sakura Kiki to Sakura Haruno and make her a citizen to the Hidden Leaf Village for her own protection, and then her father told her mother that he'll protect their daughter by leaving the village and back living with his parents. So far they went along with the plan, as time passes, Sakura had grown into a beautiful young women.
One day a handsome young man named, Sasuke Uchiha fell deeply in love with her, he decided to propose to her and tell her how he feels about her. He said, "Sakura Haruno, I love you with all my heart, I've been that way since I laid my eyes on you at the first of the ninja academy and I was hoping that you would marry me." said Sasuke. Before Sakura could even say "yes", the shadow came out of nowhere and grabbed her; both Sakura and the shadow vanished without a trace. Sasuke was desperate to get her back to both her mother and to him. He went to the fourth Hokage for help, all he can do is write a letter to the prince about his daughter's kidnapping.
