Chapter 1: Why

Lucy:I have to go to the community college. Something about how to join your congreation together
Kevin: Okay but take Jessica Ann with you.
Lucy: Alright!
(Lucy is packing clothes for her big performance)
Kevin:What are you doing?
Lucy:They said that if the meeting goes longer than expected,than we have to sleepover at the campus. So I thought to pack clothes for it.
Kevin:Oh
Lucy:Bye (giving him a half kiss on the cheek)
(Lucy left)
Kevin goes to his in laws house and says to Eric and Annie:There is something wrong with Lucy
Eric:Is she pregnant again?
Kevin: No!
(Kevin explains what had happened recently that day)
Annie: She is performing at her old high school tonight at seven. You should go. I think she has a reason for not letting you go.
