The reapers, a highly intelligent species. They were known for making the mass relays also known for taking out an entire race. This is their story or young ones story, Obelius meaning pillar of strength, we have recordings of his life not all parts but the parts he wanted us to find. Here is his story.
It is the year 49,997 a young reaper named Obelius is born, he was born a strong reaper. He was born 3 years before the protheon war. When the war began he was shipped to the war for us we would be two but for them they age by 10 years so he was 20 years old. He was very young to be shipped off but they needed all the boys to go fight the protheons. Here are the voice recordings of the war of the protheons.
Recording One: Today when I was flying down to the protheon planet I was thinking to myself how can we die we are basically immortal, WRONG! While I was going down I watched three of the reapers go down! So when I go down to the planet I'm already freaked out and the worst part is it's weird walking cause you always feel and here squash under your feet.
Recording Two: We are winning the fight by a lot, more and more protheons keep dying, my number is 126 protheons I'm pretty proud of myself. My captain has killed millions of protheons in his time he is old though so I think his number is going to stay around the millions cause he is old.
Recording three: This is Captain Roge and we are sorry to say that Obelius has died. He did a war hero to us and to others a murderer. I am sorry for your loss. We will ask you now to sign a letter saying to bring him home for a special funeral or we can bury him on the battleground and show that we honored him.
