As Ruby's eyes stared, wide eyed and open, his deep bule sapphire eyes stared back, unflinching, unwavering. The two slowly started to close the distance between them, as they drew closer and closer to each other.
The rest of their respective teammates could only watch in stunned silence as the duo's foreheads met, their noes just brushing against each other, making their breaths shallow and heart beat faster, all the while their eyes never broke contact, boring into each others soul as deep and intimate as could be. They both moved to sit down at a table, still connected, still locked, as Ruby took her left arm and put it on the table, and Jaune mimicked with his right arm, their hands holding each other in the center, suspended above the table.
"Ahh-!" moaned Ruby, her eyes flitting and struggling to keep contact with Jaune's. Then moments later "H-how...hrrgh!" exclaimed Jaune, trying just as hard to maintain eye contact. They were waging a hot and fierce battle for dominance over each other.
"nyaa-!" whimpered Blake as Yang poked her in one of her sensitive spots that only she knew of. This almost caused Jaune to look up and watch what the two were doing, but he caught himself before Pyrrha got any madder at him, and focused on dominating Ruby. But this was already not going to plan, as he should be ravishing her right about now, instead it was the other way around. He tried resisting her, still locked into each others gazes, but to no avail, she was on top of him in an instant. She gave one of her singature smirks and sealed the deal, slamming the back of Jaune's hand on the table, at the same time he finally gave in and looked over Ruby's shoulder at Yang and Blake, the two staring at thim with a look of displeasure. Blake only mouthed the words "You Fiend." But the most furious looking, was Weiss. Her white hot fury was no match for the door as it moved out of her way on its own.
"I win!" said Ruby exitedly, and a myriad of groans and whispers came from their teams. As Jaune stood up and walked back to his teammates, he saw Ren-san giving some lien to Yang, still having a disastisfied scowl at Jaune. Dejected, he just looked away and saw Nora with a huge stack of pancakes and ALL the syrup in the entire room. Everyone was betting on him, they all had their hopes resting within him, and he had failed them all.
"So," said Ruby as she swaggered over to Jaune, "where is it?" she questioned, an almost mafioso air eminating from her.
As Jaune reached into his back pocket, Ruby began to hold her breath, silver eyes wide open yet again. He sighed "A deals a deal." and handed Ruby a small orange rectangular piece of paper.
Her eyes shone brilliantly as she accepted the card reverently, and she began to tear up.
Slowly, she turned to face everyone as she read out loud:
"Beacon Academy food pass, The holder of this card is entitled to unlimited food at all of the following: Buffet, Ozpin's Cafe, and", she squeed " the bakery". She just stood there, imagining all of the cookies she could eat, an endless sea of brown, sweet goodness.
The rest of team RWBY just groaned, resigned to their fate.
As the two teams when their seperate ways, Pyrrha leaned into Jaune's ear and whispered, "I have an idea of how we can 'train' that arm". Jaune instantly brightend up.
3 Hours later... In dorm RWBY:
Weiss was getting her work done for next weeks Grimm Biology class, Yang was snoring lightly in her bed and cuddling her golden locks, and Blake was reading in a cardboard box.
WHAM!
Everyone jupmed up, execpt for Yang, who fell out of her bed with a loud THUD. They all turned to face the do which was being pounded on, HARD.
"W-Who is it?" asked Weiss nervously.
WHAM was all she got in response.
Weiss picked up Myternaster and readied her stance at the door. Yang got herself off the floor and dusted herself off before getting in a battle stance, sleepwear and all. Blake hissed at the door before taking position above the door, on the ceiling.
After a few seconds of silence, whirring mechanical clanking was heard on the other side of the door. Then the golden door knob started to turn tensed, ready for action .
The door flew open and a blur of red shot through it too fast for anyone to react, pouncing on top of Weiss.
"THE CRIMSON AVENGER HAS RETURNED!" shouted Ruby.
