Womanhood

Iruka had been hoping to start off the week nicely, the sun was shining, his papers were graded-

"IRUKA-SENSEEEEEIIIIII!" a shrill voice interrupted his peaceful thoughts followed by a near tackle from behind. Iruka turned to face a crying Uzumaki Naru. Iruka dropped his things immediately to calm the crying girl. "Naru, what's wrong?"

"I'm bleeding!"

"Eh?" the schoolteacher asked, confused. That's what the panic about? A little cut?

"Where are you hurt, Naru?" he asked, albeit incredulous that his sister figure would panic over a cut.

"I don't know," Naru yelped, panicking, "it's at my butt for all I know!"

"At your—?" Iruka began before realisation dawned upon him, "Don't worry, Naru-chan there's nothing to be scared about. This is a normal occurrence..."

"B-but, sensei..." the blonde whined, "I could be dying! What's wrong with me?"

"Um..." Iruka stuttered, wondering what to tell his little sister. Luckily, Tsunade's assistant happened to be passing by. "Shizune-san!" he called, "Naru-chan needs your help!"

Kakashi could honestly say he was surprised to find his friend right outside the Hokage's office with an ice pack over his head and it was not even ten o'clock in the morning. "Tough day with the hellions already?" Kakashi asked his brother figure; normally, Iruka would wait until he got home.

"Those Pre-genin didn't even start the day..." Iruka groaned, removing the ice pack from his head.

Kakashi lifted an eyebrow with curiosity, "Who did?"

"Who do you think?"

"Ah, Naru..." Kakashi answered, "what did she do this time?"

"She became a woman..." Iruka told him, deadpanned, as replaced the ice pack.

"She became –? Oh..." Kakashi shuddered then, remembering the times Mother Nature had visited Kushina. If Naru was anything like her mother... "WHAT? NO, NO AND NO! THERE'S NO WAY I'M GOING TO SHOVE THAT WHITE STICK UP MY BUTT!" was heard then from the Hokage's office.

Kakashi shuddered. "That was—?"

"E-yup."

"Is it—?"

"E-yup."

"Worse than Sa—?"

"E-yup."

"I'll give a couple her of days off," Kakashi conceded, wondering if he seriously needed to hear the outburst.

"Wise move," Iruka grunted, peeking at the Jounin from under the ice pack, "remember what happened with Anko."

Again Kakashi shuddered, "Don't. I repeat, don't remind me." Good God, the only person worse than Kushina-nee-san... brrr!
