He was the shadow.
The shadow that covered any light, the shadow that crept in dark alleyways, the darkest part of this world. So why did he fit so perfectly with him? Maybe he would never know, maybe it was destiny. But he knew that every time he laid in the man's embrace he felt his light rain down upon him. And it felt good...
He was the light.
He looked over everything of that world, protected it, and worshipped it. He was the light that guarded all. But he never knew how he ended up with him. He didn't want to complain about it either. All he wanted was to watch the man sleep as he cradled him in his arms. He could feel the man lighten, and he knew someday somehow his lovers shadow would disappear.
Leon and Cloud both knew they needed each other...
