Tradition states that a girl can never become a ninja. Tradition is a big deal in Regimen, it was basically the law. Girls did the house work and men did the fighting, but that didnt stop me. I trained every day to become a ninja, until my parents found out. They had never sported me in anything. What I believed in, who I hung out with, where I went to school. Not once did they ever ask for my opinion, So I ran away, and continued My Life to become the first female ninja.
I now live in a treehouse in the apercane wood. I use to play with the kids in the surrounding neighborhood, but One always stood out to me. He never asked about my personal life, where I lived,or where my parents are, he just...played, without a care in the world. He was my best friend and, didn't treat me like I was some delicate flower. We would play fight, dig around I the dirt, wrestle. until one day it went alittle to far.
It was a normal day ,and we were wrestling around. He was pulling on my hair, as I was tugging on his clothes, when we triped, and started to fall down a hill. We were laughing and haveing a good time, like kids usely did when they were rolling down a Hill. I quickly stoped my self, before i feel off the cliff, but he didn't, He keep barreling down the hill. I took off running after him but it was to late. By the time I got there he was already gone. I had to make a choice, watch my friend plumit to the ground to keep my secret safe,or save him and never be able to see him again. My choice was made without a thought as I dove off the cliff after him. I could see him but he was still falling to fast. I straitened my body to full length and stretched my arms in front of me Like a diver. Once I finally reached him, I latched my arm around his, he looked up at me with terror in his eyes as I pulled out my katana out and shoved it into the cliff to slow us down. I struggled to keep grip on my sword, as we Finally started to slow down. As soon as we hit the ground I let go of his hand and stampeder back away from him looking the ground, I didn't wont to be rejected again. " Your... A ninja." But before he could say anything else I ran away. I would never trust anyone again.
That was 3 years ago. I'm 16 now, marring age for a girl, and I'm sure my parent are looking for me, so I cut my long purple hair off, and sighed up for an all boys academy, where I can heighten my skills as a ninja, and hide from my parents. I have to bind my breasts, and make sure I keep my voice in check, and I'm still not sure if I can do this, but if I won't to become a ninja, it's something I must face and over come like a true ninja.
