Aichi P.O.V.
'Kai... why?' I thought to myself. He had sacrificed his life to save me yesterday when I got surrounded by a gang who wanted to kill me. They were about to shoot me when Kai came out of nowhere and pushed me. I never knew he was real. When the gang realized they killed the wrong guy. 'He saved me and I never wanted him too. I was ready to die as long as' I choke then continue my thought crying. 'As long as my friends would be safe... b-but my best friend was the one who died.' I feel a drop of rain then another and another and in a matter of seconds it turns into a downpour. No longer able to hold it in I yell in pain. "WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE HIM! HE'S THE ONE WHO SHOWED ME HOW TO BE STRONG AND... (Choke) Happy!" The last thing he had said to me was "I will always be with you!" I feel and urge to fall asleep and drown in my tears. So I lay down my head and went out like a light.
Yesterday Kai's P.O.V.
I'm walking down an abandoned street. I look up suddenly when I hear Aichi's voice. "Do it! I don't care!" I hear him say I follow his voice as it gets louder.
"Looks like someone's not afraid of dying!" A strange voice responds tauntingly. 'Dying! Is someone trying to kill him? No!' I think breaking into a run. I round the corner as the I see the man raise a gun and point it at Aichi! Aichi closes his eyes. I launch myself at him as I hear a bullet launched. I the next thing I know is I'm on the ground vision blurry. I can barely see Aichi crying in front of me. I can hear footsteps. I can tell the boys are running. I can see I'm slowly losing vision and hearing. Well all my senses are slowly fading as I slowly die.
I say one last thing to him before I die. "Aichi... remember this! There are other worlds to be in! I'll be safe now."
"I don't want you to die for me. I never wanted it Kai!" he cries.
I say the last thing he ever will hear from me. "I will always be with you-" I was cut off before I managed to say in your heart. I was cut off by the last breath running out. And I lay down!
Later: Still Kai's P.O.V.
I woke up to see Cray. But this time I knew I was actually there! Do you know why? Because Blaster Blade was there. "Kai! As a thank you for helping Aichi for me in the events of Legion Mate I want to help you!" Said Blaster Blade.
"Wait! Aren't I dead?" I asked.
"Right now you aren't dead or alive!" Said Blaster Blade.
"Okay! How do you want to help me?" I asked sitting up.
"I'll give you a choice! You can go live in heaven or I'll give you a life on Earth once more!" He says. I look at him shocked.
"Does that mean I'll get to see my friends again?" I said. "And Aichi?"
"Well yes and no!" He says.
"What do you mean?" I ask.
"You'll have another body, age, identity... You'll still have your memories though. Though if you tell anyone who you really are you'll have the rest of the day to live." Says Blaster Blade.
"Oh..."
"But..." I look up when he continues. "If they guess without you making it obvious you'll be able to tell everyone else without dying." I smile at that. "If you do I'll tutor you about the person you will be before you do it!"
"You know... I think I would like to go back to earth!" I say.
"Then let's begin!" Says Blaster Blade.
Today: Aichi's P.O.V.
I wake up and stare at the ceiling! 'Wait? Ceiling above me?' I think and sit up straight. I look around and I'm on a living room couch covered by a small blanket. The room is filled with boxes as if the person who lives here we're about to move or just moved here. I hear footsteps and look as a boy about my age walks into the room and looks back at me. "Oh, your awake! I almost thought you were dead in till I saw that you were breathing." I look at him. He has hair that has all sorts of strands bent into a curving pattern. The hair itself is light green. He has freckles and purple eyes. He's wearing a casual looking light green and white suit.
"Um... Hi!" Is all I manage to say!
"You had given me quite the shock. By the way my names Hisato!" He said.
"Oh um I'm Aichi." I say to this Hisato guy.
"Well it was nice to meet you Aichi but I think you should probably go to your home. You've been here so long I bet your mom and sister are worried?" He says casually.
I widen my eyes then shake off the surprised look as I ask "How did you know-"
"You should probably get home. Your mom's might start to think you've been kidnapped for a 3/4 of a day since I found you!" Hisato says.
This statement is what shakes me to reality of what he's telling me and I get up and race out the door but stopping to yell: "Thank you!"
