Hey guys!
This is my first ever True Blood story. It's based on the episode in season 1 where Bill and Eric were sitting in Eric's office and talking. I have written this as if this where what Eric was thinking. Hope you enjoy!

Eric's P.O.V
I sat there at my desk, in my office. Bill sat across from me, drinking True Blood. We discussed what the Tribunal's punishments were going to be for him, according to his alleged crime he convicted of killing another vampire. It was my duty as the Sheriff of area 5 to bring Bill Compton to the Magister and the Tribunal to deal with the exceeding issue at hand. It disgusted me how Bill could sit there and withstand the True Blood, it was a synthetic replacement to blood from the vein.
I personally preferred blood from the vein; it was much more delicious and satisfying. Unlike the synthetic blood that Bill happens to replenish himself by. I had once tried True Blood but it ended up in a case of me spitting it out. It was foul; it reminded me of metallic and rust. True blood was just an excuse for a blood replacement that failed majorly. Bill talked of how he needed to inform Sookie if he were to leave and all I wanted to do was shake my head as he babbled on. It was complete and utter nonsense.
I didn't comprehend Bill's obsession with protecting Sookie. In my opinion she was just a petty human and he was a Vampire. He could have done much better. In most cases or not in the Vampire world humans were used, not to have feelings for. I knew Bill felt for her, but it was pathetic. If I remember what emotions felt like, I believe the emotion he feels towards her is not just lust, but love. I never quite understood what he sees in humans or their way of living.
Bill had chosen to mainstream, I didn't understand the purpose of it though; It didn't seem logical. Mainstreaming was just a pathetic excuse for not wanting to accept the blood lust that strived inside him, in all vampires. Vampires feed from humans; we used them as blood bags, slaves or even sex slaves. Not emotionally attached partners. His ideal hope to eventually live alongside Sookie was beyond obscured. Humans were primitive, unlike us. We were incapable of feeling pain or any emotion to some extent.
Sookie possessed beauty, alongside her telepathy. Her gift was something of great power, something of an upper hand in any potential circumstances. From the time she stepped foot inside my club she appeared to be strange, different in some way. But she was nothing other than exceptionally beautiful, she was kind hearted and sweet. For a human she showed qualities that I had never before seen in my years of being a Vampire.
One, being her acceptance to our kind. Unlike most humans these days that are against us and the rights that we have formed so that we can live in an equity of a peaceful existence in this society, she accepts us for who we are and is quite tamed in her beliefs that we are not the 'monsters' that the other peoiple claim so highly that we are.
Two, well, two would be cutting it quite close, don't you think? Even someone such as Sookie Stackhouse isn't fit to have more than one fine quality named by one such as me.
*insert charming Eric Northman smile here*
Soooo what did you think? I know it was short but meh, I just rolled with it! :)
