To be honest, when I first watched Tokyo Ghoul, I wasn't very interested. To me, the beginning was slow and tedious. But this anime most definitely proved itself when I watched to the end of the first season. The literal torture Kaneki went through fascinated me, but not nearly as much as the mental torture did. This is the kind of material that gets me thinking. I was completely enthralled with the drastic change he went through stuck in that environment. Not only that, but I found myself not only cheering for Kaneki not to give in, but I also found I liked the new ghoul Kaneki so much better than the old human one. I actually went and read the manga, which is something I almost never do for an anime I've seen. So yeah, this is my version of what was happening in his head while he sat there suffering.

So? How was it? Yes, I'm a terrifying person, I know. Other than my corrupt imagination, did you like it? I've had this written for a while, but I decided to upload it when I wasn't actively working on a full story. That way I'm still somewhat involved with the website. I have begun another story that I plan to upload. It will be on Attack on Titan, unless I ditch the chapter and a half that I've already written and go with a second idea I've created. However, I'd still like to make a bit of progress on my ongoing crossover before I begin to post a new work. So I might be a while.
