Wesley Crusher was very excited. Right out of the Academy, he, a lieutenant, had received a posting on the helm of one of Starfleet's newest and most advanced ships. All because of the prodding and support from his mother and Captain Picard, and a few "good words" on his behalf given to Starfleet by Capt. Picard. He finally stepped off of the Space Station and onto the new ship. While he was marching himself to the bridge, he couldn't help but to feel a little guilty, like he was betraying Captain Picard and the name ENTERPRISE. He stepped of the turbolift and onto the bridge, and he liked what he saw. "Go and introduce yourself to the captain." He thought. He took a deep breath, and stepped down the ramp and went and stood up straight in front of the chair that was occupied by the captain and said, "Lt. Wesley Crusher reporting for duty, sir." "Welcome aboard Voyager Mr. Crusher. I'm Captain Kathryn Janeway." replied Capt. Janeway replied.
