Dauntless-Dauntless
...The aptitude test is all everyone can think about, except for me. I know exactly which faction I am going to choose. Dauntless.
And not just because I am already in it, but because I know, and everyone else knows, I belong there.
Two of my siblings moved to erudite, Adam and Sarah. My oldest brother stayed in dauntless. I am his twin, late twin. We look and act exactly alike.
The only thing I am worried about is divergence, my father told me about being divergent. He is the highest leader in dauntless, I guess that's why everyone fears me. Everyone expects me to be the new dauntless leader one day.
I start running to catch the train, the first one in, again.
Before I know it I am sitting at the table ready to go and take my aptitude test. I sit with Katherine and Jo, my best friends. They are the only people who aren't scared of me, well maybe they are a little bit. They call Jo and Shelby , my boyfriend. I would say he is scared of me most. I don't even know why he is dating me.
Shelby and Jo come out sweating. I can't help but laugh at them! Then I hear my name, I stand and brace myself.
