There here was a pathway lined with oak trees. The cool air flowed around the orange, red, and yellow colored leaves, and the sun dimly shone through the thick leaves. The two lovers at the end walked side by side with their hands twined together. One of them was small with red skin but black hair that was shaped like a square and was wearing what seemed to by a cowboy outfit from your local grocery store.
The other was equally short but with blue skin, light blue hair that flowed to her feet, and a dark blue dress with white gloves.
"Sapphire?" the red one said, her feet shuffling, making a crunch sound under the leaves that fell from the great oaks.
Sapphire turned her head to the other girl, "Yes, Ruby?" she said.
"I've been thinking," Ruby's voice gave away as she kneeled on one knee and held her hand, "Will you marry me Sapphire?"
Sapphire gasped and moved her bangs back to revealed she only had one blue eye, "Marry you?" she exclaimed.
"Yeah! That way, we'll be together, even if we're far apart!" Ruby said, still holding Sapphire's hand, her eyes shining like stars as she waited for the other girl's response.
Sapphire smiled and laughed, "Yes, A thousand times yes!"
The two hugged and laughed making the two making the multi-colored leaves fly everywhere, which only made the moment even more magical.
