Honest Trailer presents Wonder Woman (2009)
From Warned Bros. animation division that brought you all your favorite DC Animated Movies, and The Killing Joke. Comes with the most feminist movie with the most non-femenist cover that it could be confused with a cartoon porn.
WONDER WOMAN (2009)
Before Zack Snyder (since he's the producer of the live-action movie) tries to ruin the character with his live-action version, buckle up for the home video version that it's perfect in every possible way. Except for its gender equality commentary.
"Here the true nature of men is laid bare. What other depraved thoughts must you be thinking?" Hyppolyta asked.
"I know it's not polite to hit a woman" Wonder Woman said.
It's like having a hot feminist girlfriend. She's great as long she keeps her mouth- (he checks out the comment section is getting angry comments from the female audience) Oh no, it's Ghostbusters (2016) all over again!
Prepare to see an origin story that pretty much Man of Steel ripped off scene to scene, featuring: a prologue that involves a war and the birth of our protagonist (check). Our protagonist trying to adapt in our real world (check). The villain comes for revenge to bring a war to our world (check). Killing off the villain with snapping/cutting off his neck (check). And our protagonist going on a civilian disguise completed with glasses at the end of the movie (double check). Congratulations! You won the origin story clichés BINGO!
Get excited to the action sequences with such incredible animation that it's amazing for tv shows standards, but not good enough for theatrical standards. Sorry, guys, but you can't beat The Princess and the Frog at the box-office unless you're a CG chipmunk (Alvin and the Chipmunks) or a CG blue furry (James Cameron's Avatar)
So grab your Lasso of Truth and prepare to see an animated superhero movie so epic, that it's not afraid of saying the word 'crap'.
(A montage of all the times the characters saying 'crap' is shown.)
Hey, I know the DC live-action movies aren't very good, but even they have feelings! (The poster of the live-action Wonder Woman movie is shown) Pleeeeese, be good!
Starring...
Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman)
Lynda Carter (Queen Hypolita)
Joss Whedon's Favorite Actor (Nathan Fillion) (Steve Trevor)
I Look Nothing Like My Comic Book Counterpart (Etha Candy)
Sephiroth (Ares)
God of Diabetes (Hades)
And the Ending of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (When the movie ends with Wonder Woman trying to stop Cheetah, just like Spider-Man against the Rhino)
DC'S XENA: THE WARRIOR PRINCESS
Why can't DC make more of these films? (the films Son of Batman, Batman vs Robin, and Batman: Bad Blood are shown) The ones with Damian Wayne suck!
