I don't own Fire Emblem. "Butterfly Kisses" is something I threw together when I was inspired to write something about Elphin in Fa's point-of-view. So, it's not long at all. But, still, please enjoy!
Sunny day. It's a warm, sunny day. Fa likes warm, sunny days. Pretty sounds. His 'harp' is making pretty sounds. Fa likes pretty sounds.
He is not an elf, but his name is Elphin. Strange name. Like Fa's. Fa and Elphin. Elphin and Fa. Under the sun.
Elphin is pretty. His hair is gold, like the sun. His smile is warm, like the sun. Fa wants to be pretty, too. Fa wants to grow up like Elphin. With Elphin.
Fa likes Elphin. He's a boy. Roy said so. So, Fa liking him is okay.
Elphin makes another song. A pretty song. The butterfly flies around us. It must like Elphin's song. It gives him what Fa heard Igraine call a 'butterfly kiss'. Igraine said not only butterflies can give them. And so, that's what Fa does. Fa gives Elphin a butterfly kiss. Fa likes giving Elphin a butterfly kiss.
Elphin stops his song for a second. Then smiles. Then starts again. This song is different. It sounds like love.
Love. Fa then smiles and cuddles Elphin. Fa listens to Elphin's song. Then, Fa closes her eyes, and dreams about butterflies.
