The bus pulled up to its usual stop, right in front of my house, "Uggggg another boring day of school." I groaned as I stepped on the bus and plopped down next to Double D
"Are you ready for another intriguing, excitable, day of school?" Double D questioned.
"Yeah right sockhead, like I ever am ready for another "intriguing, excitable" day of school." I mocked
"Good morning my sunshine." Ed said from the seat behind us
"Mornin lumpy."
The bus came to a halt as Kevin, Nazz and Rolf stepped on, before starting again.
The school day went on as usual, with Ed and I getting all F's in every subject, before we all piled on the bus to go home.
"So Eddy, what nefarious scams have you come up with today?" Double D stated bluntly when we all got out of the bus
"Well I was thinking of... Hey, who's movin in?" I asked noticing a truck pulling up, filled with cardboard boxes.
Just then two young girls (one being nine and one being twelve) and an older boy( looking shomwhere around eighteen) stepped out of the car and opened the back of the truck, picking up some boxes and putting them inside.
"I don't know, why don't we go and see?" Double D said
"Okay." Ed and I replied in union
The three of us walked over to them as Double introduced us to the eldest, the boy.
"Salutations, I'm Edd with two D's so most people call me Double D, and this is Ed and Eddy. We wanted to welcome you to our humble Cul-de-sac in hope s that we will become fast friends." Double D said smiling
"Whatever." The stange boy said with so emotion and continued with carrying the boxes inside just then the youngest daughter skipped out, spotted them, and said, "Well howdy, I'm Laqueisha, sorry about my brother me can be mean sometimes, he didn't want to move here, BARBARA-ANNA! WE HAVE VISITORS!"
The older girl ran out to greet us; she had freckles, brown hair, and had a nice smile.
"Well howdy, how nice of ya'll to come here n' greet us like this, what'dy ya'll say your names were again?" She asked
"Umm…I Edd this is Eddy and this is Ed." Double D said
"So both ah ya'lls name is Ed?" Barbara ask
"Um well my name is spelled with two D's, while his name is spelled with just one, most people just call me…" Double D began before being interrupted by her older brother.
"LAQUEISHA! BARBARA-ANNA! HELP ME FINISH UNPACKING!" He yelled
"Well we'll have to get to know each other more, sorry I have to go but these boxes anit gonns unpack themselves." Barbara said
"We can help, you know, if you want…" i said
"Well that's mighty kind of yall, but my bother doesn't trust other people with our stuff so I'm gonna have to say no on that one, but thank ya kindly anyway, bye." Barbara- Anna said before running off.
