Challenge Harry Potter and Down Blerlitz!

I've got so many stories where Ash is a cousin or step brother to Harry so you easily get tired of the Kanto region, yes, even asking for it. However, you can hardly ever see a shy Down and Twinleaf Town so this challenge is that Harry Potter grows up in Twinleaf Town with Down and Johanna.

I've read so many stories where Ash is a cousin or a step brother to Harry so you're easily tired of the Kanto area, yes, even spew on it.

But I have not seen anyone there Down Berlitz is a cousin or step sister, so this challenge is one where Harry Potter grows up in Twinleaf Town with Downs and Johanna.

Those who are interested in this challenge can decide if Johanna is Lilys sister or if one of the legendary Pokémon sends Harry to them.

Requirement 1: When it comes to starting Pokémon, I only have a claim and it's Downs Piplup to be Harry's starter Pokemon.

Requirement 2: Down's starter can be either her Bunnery or any of the other starts Pokemon.

Requirement 3: Another necessity is that both have the same dream, to be top coordinator.

Requirement 4A: If you choose to make the variant where Johanna and Lily are sisters, there is a requirement there and that is Lily Potter to be the top coordinator prisis like Johanna Blerlitz.

Requirement 4B: If, on the other hand, you choose to send Harry with one of the legendary, the requirement is that Harry must return to his host to go to Hogwards with his Pokémon and especially Piplup, but also his other Pokémon.
