A/N: Hi! I wrote this in math because, uh, I hate it. Anyway, it's not perfect or anything but I thought it was sort of cute and decided I'd just go ahead and post it. Hope you enjoy!
OH! And I'm not making money off of this, and the characters aren't mine, they're JKR's. :3
"Honestly, how are you confused by this, Ronald?" Hermione huffed as Ron stared blankly at the potions book in front of him.
"It's difficult." He replied after a moment.
Hermione rolled her eyes, "It's simple, really. All you have to do is stir in each ingredient the opposite way of the one before it, starting counterclockwise, while chanting the spell." She said matter-of-factly.
"There are almost 100 ingredients, what happens if I muck it up?"
"Well, it either poisons the drinker or explodes, depending on where you mess up."
Ron sighed, "Bloody hell, I'm going to fail potions."
"And possibly murder Snape!"
"Which, really, isn't such a terrible thing if you ask me." Fred and George added from across the common room.
Hermione shook her head and tried to contain a smile, "You shouldn't joke about that!"
"Oh why not, Hermione?" The twins asked in unison.
"Because a teacher might hear you, 10 points from Gryffindor for disrespecting a member of the faculty." Prof. McGonagall stated from the portrait hole.
"See you what you've done now?" Hermione said.
"Oh shut up, Hermione." Fred grumbled.
