I'm back with another Loonatics Unleashed fanfic still Acexi. I don't Loonatics there owned by Warner brothers
It was night in Acmetropolis. The Loonatics were bored that's when Lexi broke the silence. "Hey why don't we play truth or dare?"
"Sure." Everyone exclaimed in unison. They all went to Lexis' room because she suggested the game. No one, but her has every been in her room. The walls were painted a hot pink and the carpet was the same color. Her bed was a single bed with pink sheets.
"Wow you really like pink." Ace said.
"Yes so who should go first?" Lexi asked.
"I'll go first." Tech replied. "Duck, Truth or Dare?"
"Dare." Duck answered.
"Okay. I dare you to… kiss Lexi."
"What?" They screamed in unison.
"Duck you're either in or out."
"Fine I'll kiss her, but I'm not going to like it." Duck leaned in and his beak pressed against her soft lips. Ace felt himself angry, but he just couldn't place why. When Duck broke the kiss he looked away ashamed of what just happened.
"Okay so it's my turn now." Duck said after a long pause. "Ace, truth or dare?"
"Dare." Ace replied coolly.
"I dare you to kiss Lexi."
"Okay."
"Wait. Duck that dare was already used." Lexi implied.
"Well I think I can use the same dare that was said before." Duck argued.
"Fine what do you say Ace?" Lexi asked.
"I'll do it." Ace leaned in to kiss Lexi. His lips found hers and lingered there for about nine seconds. Sparks flew that's when Ace knew why he was angry when Duck kissed Lexi. He loved Lexi. After they parted Ace wouldn't dare look at her expression. How do you tell someone you love them if you don't know if they love you back? Ace thought.
Next day
Ace woke up at 5 am to meditate. When he stepped into the kitchen he heard and saw Lexi talking to Duck. "Duck that kiss last night was amazing."
"Glad you think so and I think he felt that spark too." Duck answered. That kiss, Ace thought, it's the kiss with Duck and Lexi no wonder Lexi didn't want me to kiss her. That also explains why Duck was ashamed. He ran out of there to practice fighting.
Lexi walked happily to see Ace. After she talked to Duck saying she really likes Ace and how the kiss was amazing he helped her to tell him though he seemed sad to say that.
*Flashback*
"Duck just the guy I wanted to see." Lexi heard his heart beating faster though she ignored it.
"Really why?" he asked trying to sound casual.
"You remember last night?"
"Yeah." His heart beated faster.
"When I kissed Ace I felt sparks," his heart started to break. "I have always liked Ace that way. And Duck that kiss last night was amazing."
*End flashback*
She came to the room were they practice fighting and heard Ace.
"Lexi didn't feel that spark fine. She can have Duck I'll just move on. Yeah I can do that." She walked in and saw Ace grab a water and towel. "Hey Ace. Why were you talking to yourself?"
"Lexi," his heart started to beat faster then realized she likes Duck so it slowed down, "You heard all that?"
"Yep and where would you get the idea I like Duck? I would never in my whole life fall for someone so self-centered."
"I heard you talking to Duck saying that kiss last night was amazing."
"Yes I said that, but I meant the one with you and me."
"Oh. Well in that case I felt sparks fly."
"Oh Ace. I love you."
"i love you too."
