The Young Ones in Lord of the Rings
GANDALF knocks at the door of Bag End. Inside, this causes not really any action but certainly some discussion. Here is what everyone says:
Frodo: Someone at the door, Sam.
Sam: Someone at the door, Merry.
Merry: Someone at the door, Pippin.
Pippin: Someone at the door, Frodo.
Frodo: There is someone at the door, Sam!
Sam: Someone at the door, Merry!
Merry: Someone at the door, Frodo.
Pippin: Someone at the door, Pippin?
Frodo: Look, Sam, you open the door. You like meeting people.
Pippin: It's probably somebody unbelievingly boring.
Sam: I can't.
Frodo: Why not?
Sam: Because there happens to be a ringwraith standing in between.
Merry: That is the most pathetic excuse I've ever heard.
Pippin: No, he's right. There really is a ringwraith.
All: AAAAAHHHHH!!! Run awaay!
Elrond: Whoever wears the ring will turn into a treacherous delusional powerill maniac.
Sam: Oh, no, I bet someone just will wear the ring later on and turn into a treacherous delusional powerill maniac...
Gandalf: I've got a letter saying Sauron is gonna knock the gate down tomorrow! I knew it! Fascists! Denethor: Don't panic. Denethor, the cool steward, will save the day. Gandalf: I've got a brilliant idea! I just gotta beat them to it then! (Gandalf smashes gate with his head...)
Note. This piece was originally written in tv/film script format. This is the reason why there is a lot of dialogue, but very little descriptive material. Please use your imagination to fill in the gaps - it is a parody anyway, so some images may already be there inside your head.
