It was cold. I could feel snow tickling my face. I started to open my eyes. I was face down in the dirt. My vision was a bit blurry. I rubbed my eyes and looked over to my left to catch sight of a pond that was barely frozen. I reached my hand into the water to take a sip. While drinking the cold but refreshing water, I looked down at my reflection. I looked different. I looked a bit older. I looked like I put on a couple pounds to. I jumped up and dusted myself off and looked around this strange place that I've never seen before. I looked up in the sky and realized that sun was setting. I quickly ran around looking for a place to stay. Luckily I was able to find a cozy little cave and collect a few materials in it before it got dark. A few hours passed and I was able to find something to eat. After I finished my dinner, I layed down on the cold hard stone beneath me. It was hard to close my eyes due to how uncomfortable I was, but I was able to drift off a moment. Minutes later, I started to hear rattling, as if someone was shaking around a bunch of sticks. I opened my eyes and caught sight of two skeletons holding bows and and arrows aiming straight towards me. I shot up from my nap and swiftly ran outside dodging the arrows as I tried to find a place to hide. Luckily I was able to lose the skeletons after ducking behind a tree and waiting for them to walk away. As soon as they were out of sight, I peeked behind me and caught a glimpse of three zombies, two giant spiders, and two strange looking green things that made hissing noises like a snake. Sweat started dripping from my brow and I let a sudden blood-curdling scream. This night couldn't get any worse.
