Here i a SasoDei story one shot. Umm... Obvilously mild yaoi, very mild language, and a hint of Sakura bashing. Sometimes you never know how much you'll miss someone until they're gone.

Danna-

I miss you. Do you miss me? Leader-sama wanted me to dispose of your body, but you probably already know that from Heaven. I dug you out instead and patched you up. You always wanted to be eternal. I made sure to burry you someplace nice. Though I'm sure you can tell me what you think when I join you. Until now, I did my best to visit your grave every day. I picked a nice cave in a secluded forest. It lies right behind a waterfall that splashes into a crystal clear pond. I'm not sure if you remember but it was where we shared our first kiss. l'd think you'll be happy to hear that I've plotted the death of that pink haired bitch! I planted some of my clay in her head and next time there's rough contact… BOOM! It won't be art because her stupid village would mourn over her "murder". You should know that I'm writing this to you as I sit in my grave. I've cut my wrists and intend on collapsing the ceiling. One of them is going to kill me. Either way, I'll there soon. I'm sending this ahead for fair warning. I love you.

I signed the letter, rolled it up and tied it off with a golden tassel. Then, I write the kanji for Sasori-danna's name; kiss it, and place it gently in the fire. I watch as the paper disintegrates leaving a pile of ash.

Here it was, my time to depart the Earth. I look back and remember my life. I see the faint glow of the sunrise and carve the date into my tombstone. I held my most treasured item in my arms. My and Danna's Akatsuki rings, the only clay doll I hadn't detonated because Danna had liked it, and a picture of our first Valentine's Day together.

I remember walking and crying all the way here. The stars out and the full moon shinning in the inky black sky. Such a beautiful time to die. "Sasori-danna, will you be angry at me for not upholding your art of eternity," I'd thought to myself.

Taking one last breath of air, I create my hand sign, "Katsu!" I see the boulders fall toward me but I feel no fear. I wake up in and unfamiliar place but I see your face. We both have matching robes with wings. You look exactly as I remember.

"Hey, Dei-Chan," you say and kiss me, "I got your letter and yes, I missed you so much."

"You to Danna, you too."
