The Suite Life of Zack and Cody: 'Karate Carey'
Scene: Carey, Zack and Cody are in their hotel room, talking. Carey, with her short, blonde spiky hair, is dressed in a long black dress and is wearing black scrappy high heels.
(Carey has not been receiving much singing work of late due to a new singer named Sarah moving into the hotel. She has taken the Tipton by storm and is receiving many requests, leaving Carey basically out of work.)
Carey: Well, this is the lowest we've ever sunk. I just can't believe that after nearly two years of loyal singing, the Tipton just hands over the responsibility to some outsider.
Cody: Mom, you know what you need to do? Go over to Sarah's room and just talk with her. I'm sure she's a very reasonable person.
Zack: Yeah and if she's not, you can always use some of that karate I was showing you.
(Carey rolls her eyes.)
Carey: (sarcastically) Right, thank you, Zack.
Cody: You know, if you're really nice, you could talk to her about sharing the bill. Maybe became a duet.
Carey: Alright, alright, slow down, honey. Look, I don't want to share her bill. I just want the Tipton to acknowledge what I've done for them over the last couple of years.
Cody: Just talk to her. She seemed nice to me when I met her in the lobby. I'm sure she's a big admirer of yours. Remember, she would've heard you sing last week, right?
Carey: Well...I guess. Alright, I'll go and have a talk with her. I mean, what's the worse that could happen?
(Cut to Sarah's hotel room and the camera has a close up of Carey's hands being handcuffed behind her back by a police officer. Then the camera shows Carey standing there with a shocked look on her face as the cop finished handcuffing her.)
Carey: (wincing due to the handcuffs) Ow...
Cody: (to Zack) Nice going, dude. Way to get Mom arrested.
Zack: How was I to know she'd actually use karate?
(Zack and Cody keep on talking, while, in the background, we see Carey get frisked by the cop. We see her spread her legs apart and the cop then pats her down. Carey looks down while he is searching her, clearly stunned at her arrest.)
Cody: (to another police officer in the room) Uh, excuse me, officer? Is our mom really going to jail?
Cop: She karate-kicked the woman in the chest, kid.
Zack: Oh, yeah, about that...is she going to be okay?
Cop's partner: For your mom's sake, I hope so. (To Carey) Let's go, ma'am.
(The cops lead a handcuffed Carey out of the room.)
Carey: (being led away) When I get back, there had better not be any dirty clothes or dishes around the room. Be good for Arwin.
Arwin: Don't worry, Carey. I'll make sure they're okay.
