Deep in the heart of the Labyrinth, a power was stirring. All the residents of the Labyrinth could feel it, even the smallest ones. It was unlike anything they had felt, or at least not for a long time anyways. They all knew something was happening, but couldn't figure out what, but they knew it was something big.

In a far corner of the kingdom, a young fae couple was preparing to begin what they thought could be a long process to begin a family. It wasn't something for them to enter lightly, and could take a long time to happen, owing to the nature of longevity of lives, but they were ready and prepared. They wanted to be parents. So that night they had began their family making procreations.

At the same moment the fae couple joined together, the power stirring within the labyrinth all culminated together and released itself in the form of a large glowing crystal that was sent floating into the air, towards the outer reaches of the kingdom.

It floated into the home of the fae couple, just as they were finishing their copulation, and it targeted the woman, hovering over her for a moment, before soaking into her abdomen and disappearing.

Neither fae knew what had happened and they were afraid, but decided to wait and see what happened. A few weeks later, they soon discovered they were expecting a baby. The glowing crystal was still on their mind and they had no idea what it meant for this new baby, but they knew something big was going on and they were afraid. They decided they wanted to get as far away from all the magic they could, to try and give their baby a normal life, for they were pretty sure that whatever the crystal had meant, that it meant something big for their offspring.

Authors Note: I know this is short, but its just a prologue for a much larger idea I have, but I am still fairly new to the back-end of FF. I know there is a whole beta section, but I'm unsure how to navigate it, and so if I go forth with the main story for this immediately it would be unedited except by me, since I don't understand the beta system here. So I thought I would put this up first to see if some kind soul would help me with the beta end of things. Also not sure if this will be the title of the main work, but I figured I would put at least something in place for it.
