Several locust soldiers heard the screams and shrieaks of their doomed allies, and were grateful that the explosion didn't kill them too. Their armory, their comrades... Their home. All destroyed by the COG soldiers.

"How is this possible?! There are hundreds of us and only a couple dozen of them! Yet we have been beaten," complained a Locust soldier.

"Well apparently it is possible! We just had this whole place blown to bits and we were almost taken with it! We must surrender to the humans, return Sera to them! We have no choice!" Suggested another soldier.

"You are both wrong... We still have not lost and will certainly not give up Sera to them!" A voice said. The Locust turned to the voice, and saw their leader, Myyrah, standing before them.

"Myyrah! You have survived! But... How?" A Locust soldier asked.

"What? Are you not pleased to see me?" She questioned. The soldiers were silent.

"Forgot what I just asked, but remember what I said. We did survive, so we can fight if we rebuild our colony!" She ordered her troops.

"But that will take years! The humans would have rebuilt, too...And will certainly be more advanced then we are. Unless there is someway of rebuilding our home and our colony as quick or quicker then they do, we will surely fail!" A soldier yelled with anger.

"We do not have to rebuild our home, just our colony. We will be prepared for battle when the time comes!" Their master replied.

"But if we do not have weapons, we will surely fail! And I think we should rebuild our home!" The soldier shouted getting angrier.

"We must not worry the little things. We will steal weapons from them as we repopulate!" Myyrah yelled.

"But what if they notice us before we are prepared?" The soldier questioned. Myyrah turned.

"They won't, as we will strike as soon as possible, yet when they least expect it... They destroyed our home by bringing this war to us... We can destroy theirs by bringing it back to them! Now... Prepare to search their home for any and all weapons! You must steal as much as you can, and remember... Stay unnoticed as it is our only hope," she said as she mounted her creature and began a search for more survivors. The soldiers then started on the long road to their mission.
