Whipped this up in thirty minutes...so yeah, I'll remove it after election but GO VOTE!

Jonathan sat in the Arkham recreational area at a loss of what to think. This was a feeling he felt only a few times before and he still wasn't used to it. In extreme disappointment he shut off the television. One of the rare times he actually decided to watch something and it was ruined. Fucking news. The worst part is he had no idea how they did it. After all these years of research and work he had only half the skill to strike terror as those damn politicians. All it took was a few words and the half American population was scared out of their wits.

"This candidate is doing this!" "That candidate did this!" "Taxes!" "War!" "Social injustice!" "The Economy!" It was ridiculous and what was worse is that everyone got so worked up over the little things they didn't even half the proper time to be afraid of him! Just yesterday on of the nursed had asked him who he was voting for! This nurse who treated him with terror had asked him about his political ideology! And the worst part? He couldn't even vote! He had been declared mentally incompetent and his right to vote was taken away.

"Hey Jonny! What's got you so down?" Joker asked plopping down next to him.

"The fools that are the American people."

"I get ya'! But you gotta keep smiling! And if you can't I can give you some Joker gas if you want!"

"No thank you Joker," Jonathan said standing and going over to sit by Edward and Ivy.

"Jonathan." They said curtly.

"Political season has you down again?" Edward asked.

"Yep…I just don't understand how they get so scared over those insignificant matters. They could be raped, tortured, or killed tomorrow and they're worried about binders of women and birth control."

"Getting those awful men out of power are important, Jon." Ivy said, "they're weeds and the garden must be taken care of."

"Yes, yes, Ivy. I know. We've all heard it before."

"I always used to vote," she said.

"I didn't," Edward said, "the politics of the common men are beneath me."

"But voting is important, it how the voiceless gain a voice and like every drop of water to a thirsty plant every vote counts."

"Wow Ivy," Edward exclaimed, "it sounds like you're in a lame political ad to go vote."

"Or some weird fanfiction that's trying to use our characters to encourage the person's readers that are over 18 and live in America to vote in the election tomorrow."

"So what all I know is that it is important for everyone who can to vote. It may seem like a pain to choose a candidate and follow all the politics but it is important. Especially if you live in Minnesota, Maine, Maryland, or Washington were you can vote on the large in-state issues of marriage and voter-ID. DFTVA! Don't forget to vote America!"
