"Come inside for cake and ice cream," He said. "It sounds like we've got a lot to talk about." I bit my lip but went through the window into his room. I looked around at his things but my eyes were drawn back to the cake. I hear Percy laugh as he hands me the plate of food. I take it and sit down on his bed. "Thanks," I mutter eating the cake fast. I was hungry but with no money I couldn't buy food. I look at him once it's gone and he was a big breath taking grin. I feel my cheeks heat up and look away. "I'll get you some more along with a drink," Percy says leaving me alone in his room. I know he will be back any minute so I look around wanting to remember all of the details. I may never see it again and seeing Percy's room was like seeing his true self. I look around but overall it is a boring room, a mess, but boring. I hear his footsteps and sit back down onto his bed looking at the door. He opens the door with same smile with another slice of cake, a scoop of ice cream and a big class of white milk. "I hope this will do," he says setting the stuff on the end table next to the bed. I scoot over to it drinking half the milk and then working on the rest of the food. I didn't get the blue thing but maybe it was because Percy was son of the water god. Maybe my cakes would be black or purple. "It's my birthday," he says sitting next to me. No just next to me as in a few inches between us but as in are legs were touching. I couldn't even scoot away or id be sitting on his pillow. My face heats up again as I keep eating. Wait his birthday. I didn't get him anything, sure I didnt know but still. His hand rest on his leg but it slowly starts to move onto my leg tracing my pants. "Um, happy birthday…I didn't know so I could get you anything," I say knowing my face is red as a tomato. I felt bad that I got him nothing. His hand is full on my leg rubbing slightly up. I look at his face and he has a faint blush across his cheeks, he is looking at his hand moving on my leg. He looks up to see me looking at him. I can't seem to look away as he leans closer to me, the same stupid grin on his face.
