Speed: Series of Twilight one shots 12/02/2013

Speed. It was exhilarating. It was like it had control over your body and the only thing you could think of is faster. You try to slow down but you can't.
The wind whipping through your hair is a nice touch to what is happening.
The sound of it is like music to your ears. You pant, out of breath but your legs force you forward. By now, you seem to be going at your fastest rate but your body pushes you forward and your mind is still hung over the word faster. How can you claim control when you obviously don't need it. Then again, how could you do anything?
For Bella, you could. It would just take more force than you thought.
For Edward, it was impossible. It just wasn't done.
But then again, not everything is impossible…
