Opposites Attract
Chapter 1: newfound feelings
Rarity caught herself staring again. 'Stop staring at applejack, you are not in love with a farm pony.' She ordered herself. Each time she told herself off, she caught another glimpse of the blonde pony's backside. For weeks rarity argued with herself over applejack. 'We are total opposites, she is a ruffian farmpony while i am a civil and sophisticated fashion designer.' One night, rarity finally collapsed into her large bed. 'UGH! I love applejack! I am a fillyfooler! I love a dirty, working, cowmare. Hell'
Rarity eventually worked up the nerve to go talk to applejack, alone. It had been forever since they hung out without any other ponies around. "Applejack, darling!" Rarity called to her friend.
"What can ah do ya for partner?"
"I was just passing by and saw you in the fields, i realized that we haven't talked in ages."
"Well ah guess you're right rares." Rarity thought the nickname was cute. Nopony else called her that except applejack.
"Might you want to take a break so we can talk?"
"Why not?" They sat down under an apple tree to chat.
"Applejack, could you get me an apple?" Rarity didn't care about the fruit, she just wanted to look at applejack's butt. The farmpony stood up and kicked the tree, knocking down several apples all around rarity.
"Take yer pick, rares."
"Oh, i just remembered something fun that we can do."
"Alright, what is it?" It's called blind pony. You stand up and keep your eyes closed." Rarity felt a massive wave of confidence rush over her body. Applejack stood up and shut her eyes. "No peaking. Now i stand over here."
"What am i s'posed tah be doin-" Applejack was cut off by rarity's lips locked with hers. Applejack's eyes shot open and her whole body tensed up, but, after she got a full grasp on the situation, she relaxed and returned the kiss. Rarity put a hoof on applejack's cheek as applejack gently placed her arm around rarity's neck. "Ah never knew you returned the feeling."
"Returned?"
"Well, for a while now, i've had a crush on you, ah just didn't know wanted to be with me."
"I'll admit, i have loved you for sometime too. But, why do you love me?"
Well, you and me are so different. And opposites attract, right?"
"I guess so." The rest of the afternoon for applejack and rarity was full of kissing and romance. The day was just magnificent until the inevitable event that they would be caught, and instead if somepony like fluttershy seeing them fooling around, it just had to be the one who would take it in the worst way of all. Rainbow dash stood and watched in horror as rarity teased applejack's marehood. "Oh, uhh, rainbow dash, we didn't see you there."
"Shit. Dash can you keep a secret?"
