A/N: Well I started out with the intention of FINALLY writing my first drabble, but as always it went WAY past 100 words. How can you reduce GSR to 100 words anyways? As what always happens with my intended drabbles it is now a short little ficlet. I'm dedicating this little ficlet to one of my best GSR buds gsrgirl4eva as a belated birthday present so HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY GSRGIRL4EVA!!!! SURPRISE!! I hope you all enjoy it and I would appreciate a review telling me what you thought of it. La Ville-Lumiere is the most famous nickname for Paris which means "The Light City" but is more commonly translated as "The City of Lights". As always this story is not beta'd so any and all mistakes are mine.

La Ville-Lumiere in the palm of your Hand

"WOW....The view from up here is amazing" Sara spoke breathlessly as she and Grissom stood atop the Eiffel Tower, the sun setting in the distance.

"MmmHmm" agreed Grissom with his head resting on her right shoulder from behind, his arms wrapped around her waist.

"Every thing looks so small from up here, like you could hold it in the palm of your hand.

"Just ask my dear, and I'll pluck it for you. Would you like the Arc de triomphe?" he asked in his best french accent as he pretended to pinch the structure in the distance with his thumb and index finger, ready to pick it up, "Or perhaps the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris?" he asked, moving his hand towards the Cathedral. "Maybe you'd like the Musee Rodin perhaps and be the proud owner of Rodin's The Thinker". Grissom moved his hand to the museum and repeated the pinching gesture once more. Sara chuckled softly as Grissom spoke.

"That's very sweet honey but I've already got more then a woman could wish for." Sara spoke as she turned her head slightly to look at Grissom. He raised his right eyebrow in a questioning look, his head still resting softly on her shoulder, "I have you." she finished as she leaned her head slightly to kiss him. "Mmmmm" Grissom answered as he returned the kiss.

"I love you Gil Grissom." Sara said as she pulled her head back. "And I love you....Sara Grissom" Grissom replied with a smile.

"Do you think the team will forgive us for running off to Paris and getting married without telling them?" asked Sara as they watched the sun vanish from site and the moon rise in its place.

"I think they'll forgive us....once we tell them our second news" Grissom answered as he gently rubbed Sara's stomach. Sara sighed happily as she leaned her head against Grissom's, together watching the Paris night life come alive.
