A white blanket of snow covered the rocky terrain, isolated and far from civilization. A secret facility stood in the midst of it all, soldiers and trucks surrounding the building. Cameras and eyes scouring every inch of the place as it stood in deathly silence. The Hydra base was well guarded and kept in secret from most. Inside the base was held an asset to Hydra. An asset which was about to gain a visitor.

The metal facility guards move out the way as an ominous shadow inched forth towards the metal entrance of the facility. A tall man, named Vasily Karpov walked through with a stoic posture, camouflage uniform, red hat, a belt strapped across his back and around his waist. His presence prompted guards to lower their heads in respect as he moved his hand to the keypad, with every correct digit a 'click' and the colour green illuminating through the dark hallway.

He had come here to relay a mission, sent by his higher-ups. Vasily was not one to disappoint anyone, keeping his head held high with pride and purpose. The metal case opened upwards, revealing a red rectangular book on display, standing upright with a grey star at its center. It was the Winter Soldier book.

Vasily stared at it for a moment, stepping close as he ran his fingers over its cover. The book was a valuable asset to Hydra, containing secrets about the Winter Soldier Program and for the purpose, he had come for today, how to control the Winter Soldier. He looked back to the guards and gestured for them to close the metal case he walked out carrying the book. "Bring me… the asset, We have a mission," he ordered.

Further, in the facility, a lab rested with a cylinder piece in the center. It held a valuable asset in a cryostasis chamber, metal plates surrounding parts of the chamber and it's glass reinforced. A man entered the lab, dressed in a white coat, he made his way straight to the Chamber, his footsteps echoing throughout the empty lab while he punched away keys into the control board.

Slowly the cylinder lifted, releasing gas through the lap revealing the asset inside to be a man dressed in a black sleeveless vest. His face was covered half by a gas mask and to make him seem even more indistinguishable, his dark hair fell messily over the sides of his face, casting a shadow over his eyes. Notably, his left arm was no ordinary arm. It was a prosthetic arm made of Titanium, he was Bucky Barnes, The Winter Soldier. His eyes were open and his eyebrows furrowed as he glared down.

Soldiers entered the lap as soon as he awoke, surrounding the cylinder with their guns ready to fire. Two soldiers stepped into the cylinder and carried down the man who limped weakly, stumbling as they dragged him forcibly away to another location further in the facility.

The Winter Soldier was brought into another lab with a massively complicated chair right in the center surrounded by heavy machinery. He was put down and strapped into the chair, The Winter Soldier tugged his arms up in a weak attempt to free himself. His vision hazy but he could make a clear picture of all the soldiers surrounding him with guns. Around him stood men in white lab coats holding clipboards as they adjusted the machinery to him.

He could feel a cool metal touch against the sides, he moving away but to no avail. And then without notice, he'd feel a sharp pain through his head. The pain cut through his mind, tearing into his conscious and humanity, driving him insane. He clenched his strapped fist, and he screamed and cried out loud, his voice echoing into the facility. Taking deep breaths in and out.

It went on for a while, his hearing and eyesight had become distorted from the pain, but he could hear a distant voice speak to him, "Relax," Vasily spoke calmly. The torture from the metal plates against his head stopped, and his screaming became heavy breaths. Vasily continued reading out from the book, to which The Winter Soldier just listened and his face twisted into anger.

Vasily walked around him, holding a red book in his hand as he spoke. Facing The Winter Soldier, he looked him into his eyes. The Winter Soldier calming down, slowly glanced up to him, seemingly no longer suffering from lingering pain and the man just closed his book, putting it down. "Good Morning, Soldier," he said, pausing for a moment. "Ready to comply," The Winter Soldier spoke up soon after, his tone in defeat.

Vasily turned around picking up a file placed on one of the tables. "I have a mission for you," he spoke up, turning to The Winter Soldier with the file in his hand, he looked it over before extending it over to The Winter Soldier. "Sanction and Extract, No witnesses" he added on. The Winter Soldier slightly out of breath nodded his head, looking to the files and accepted them from him.

The night sky was quiet except for the occasional owl or bustling of trees from the light wind that blew through the small road. A little old car drove two people on their way to the Pentagon carrying a newly completed serum. The Winter Soldier, hid in the trees waiting until the car passed by. On his bike, he drove out behind them, tailing the vehicle carefully.

The Winter Soldier moved to the back side of the car, extending his hand as he shot the tire. A boom could be heard as the car skid off the road and down hitting a tree off to the side. The Winter Soldier turned his bike, driving back to the accident where he parked it by the back of the car. Getting off, he slowly stepped closer putting his hand onto the trunk of the vehicle and effortlessly broke it open. There laid was a metal case, which he gently picked up and opened to reveal the blue coloured packs for the serum. The Winter Soldier successfully completed his mission that night.

Far away was a quiet and seemingly ordinary town called 'Middleton,' there was a seemingly ordinary house belonging to a not so ordinary girl. Her long ginger hair fell down to her hips. She wore a bright green tank top that clung to her curves, her jean capris fell off her hips and down to her shin. Kim's lips curved into a wide as she called out her best friend and boyfriend, "Ron," Kim called entering the room.

Ron glanced over for a brief moment, "One second, I'm going to beat him," he let out a scowl jamming his fingers through the controller buttons. "Dammit, Wade!" he sighed as he'd just lost again. Ron's shoulders curled in defeat before turning around in the chair opening his arms. Kim barely had to asses the situation to know what happened.

"Ron," she let out a sigh moving over to him as she sat down in his lap. Ron cupped her cheek to give her lips a quick kiss. "How was college?" he asked with a half grin and much-improved mood. Kim leaned back and sighed, "It was tiring," She sighed, and Ron let out a chuckle, leaning in to kiss her cheek. She rested her head into Ron's shoulder, and he ran his fingers through her hair. "How was work today?" she asked him.

"Well, you know, it's the Smarty-Mart, same old people, same old stuff," he shrugged, and they both sighed together. Both of them being out of high school, going to college and working part-time, their side job had become a little tiresome. But regardless, Kim was itching for another mission sometime soon.

As much as she admired the Avengers, saving the world missions were becoming less and less the more united the Avengers seemed to be. Kim closed her eyes, and there was a moment of silence between them as they just enjoyed each other's company before a voice spoke up. "You guys know I'm still here right?" Wade said awkwardly.

Ron flustered, spun around quickly, almost throwing Kim off the chair, but she was able to land on her feet and Ron dove towards the computer, crashing headfirst into it. "Ouch…" Wade commented. "Are you okay, Ron?" Kim asked, moving down to help him off the floor. Ron rubbed his sore head and laughed, "Yeah, I'm fine," he gave a sheepish grin. "Well, I'll talk to you guys later, have a good date night," Wade cut the call from the computer before anyone else could say anything. Kim looked and Ron, and he stared back at her with a flustered face before they both laughed it off.

"What movie should we watch tonight," Ron asked standing up. He fixed his top, a red jersey which he was wearing over a navy blue high neck shirt. "I'm thinking Titanic?" he asked to which Kim shook her head, "No, how about we watch Terminator 2?" she asked him, and he sighed, giving in quickly. "Fine," Ron plopped down onto her bed while Kim set the movie for the two of them.

Kim quickly jumped into bed with him as the movie started playing, Kim snuggling into him as he curled his shoulders, cowering to brace himself for the film. Just as the movie began a loud 'beep beep beep' broke through. Ron let out a relieved sigh, and Kim practically jumped off of the bed to answer the Kimmunicator. "What's the Sitch, Wade?" she answered, her hopes growing for a mission.

And little did she know they would come true. "You wouldn't believe this Kim!" Wade exclaimed in excitement. Kim froze looking at Wade and then back to Ron. "What's going on? Is everything okay, Wade?" Kim grew concerned. Wade took a deep breath in, keeping in silence for a moment. "The Avengers… have contacted us," he broke the news. Ron got up from his bed to stand behind Kim, grabbing her Kimmunicator as he stuck his face real close the camera. "NO WAY!"

"What's going on, why would they contact us?" Kim spoke up, grabbing her Kimmunicator back. "Well, Captain America didn't give me a lot of details-" Wade was cut off by Ron. "Captain America? T-The Captain… America?" Ron took deep breaths, and Kim stared, a little taken back by the news. Although at first surprised, Kim composed herself.

"Alright, we'll give us more details, Wade," she asked. "Well, he wants you to meet him at the Avenger's Headquarters ASAP," Wade finished relaying the message. "Alright, we'll be on our way soon," the screen cut Wade and Kim brought her hands to her chin, pondering about it for a moment.

"Something isn't sitting right, Ron," she told him to which, none of her words got to Ron, he just stood there shocked and completely out of it. "The Avengers are pretty high tech themselves, and so they could have known about us for a while, but they have never contacted us before today," she glanced over to Ron and then rolled her eyes.

"Snap out of it, Ron," Kim brought her hands to her forehead, as she pondered on it for a minute. Ron jolted, snapping out of his trance. "Right… Captain America, the Avengers," he took a moment to take a deep breath in before making his way to the computer. "Why could they possibly need us when they have all the resources in the world?" she turned to Ron.

"Wade," Kim called had picked up her Kimmunicator. Wade's face cut through the screen, "Yeah, what's up, Kim?" he asked. "Get me through to Captain America," she asked him. "Kim, he's Captain America, you can't just demand he get on the phone with you," Wade explained. Ron nodded in agreement, "Wade's right. I don't think we can do that. Maybe we could leave a message instead?" he asked.

Kim shook her head in disagreement. "You guys don't understand, he contacted us asking for help, and he doesn't bother giving us details right away," Kim crossed her arms and Ron shrugged. "I mean, it's not like we can turn him down," Ron paused for a second, inspecting Kim's face. "Kim, don't turn him down," he pleaded.

"Wade, tell Captain America if he wants us to cooperate with him, he needs to do more than just order us around. Tell him to pick up a phone if he wants me to work with him," Kim told Wade who just sighed and cut the screen. "Nooo!" Ron sighed, slugging his shoulders again, "now we won't get to meet Captain America."

"Don't worry, Ron," Kim said leaning her back against the wall. "He'll call me," she left the room for a bit, and Ron flopped onto the bed. Returning shortly later, she was suited up wearing a black high neck crop top with full sleeves and cargo jeans, over her waist was her utility belt. Ron sat up at the sight of her. He took a deep breath in and let out a sigh. Ron could feel his heart warm up at the sight of his girlfriend suited up. He's seen her a thousand times, but Ron was still head over heels.

Beeps echoed through the room, and Kim picked up her Kimmunicator, "Well, Wade?" she asked raising an eyebrow. Wade smiled, "He agreed to talk to you, transferring the call to him… right about now," the screen cut from Wade to the image of Captain America. A broad shoulder man stood on the other end, his helmet covering most of his face. He smiled, "You wanted to talk to me, Kim Possible?" he asked.

Kim nodded her head, "I want to know why you need Ron and me, what's the mission?" she asked. Ron stood silent in the corner, deathly afraid Captain America would take offence. But instead, he complied, speaking up with his military tone. "I need your help, Kim. We have a person we're after for a much larger mission. We're tracking down a buyer. But we have a minor set back. A person you know and from my understanding have dealt with who calls himself 'Professor Dementor' is helping someone I'm after," he explained.

"And you want me to take care of him?" she questioned. "No, I want you to help us take care of him, we work together. As a team. Professor Dementor is working alongside Brock Rumlow. He was a highly trained S.H.I.E.L.D agent who turned out to be working for HYDRA. He is now a terrorist who calls himself 'Crossbones.' We need your help take the both of them down, together, I'll send over a chopper to pick you up," he nods his head.

Kim appreciated his compliance and nodded her head, "We're on our way," she said before Steve Roger's face cut from the screen. Kim turned her head to look back at Ron who was dumbfounded and in shock from hearing Captain America. "Wow, we're really going to…" his voice trailed off as he heard a loud noise from outside.

"What's that noise?" Ron asked taking a look outside to see the trees and grass blowing away.

Looking up, Ron gasped. "AVENGER'S COPPER?" he took a deep breath in to compose himself. Kim jumped out her window and hung on to the ladder, "Let's pay a visit to Captain America."
