Chapter 1: Changes

"I like glazed donuts"-Talking
The blonde haired ninja woke up to sun in his eyes and birds chirping. Naruto groaned as he turned around in the bed, avoiding the sun so he could to go back to sleep, when his eyes fell on a certain picture. The picture of his former team back in his genin days. 'Sasuke......I'll bring you back, I promise.' Naruto thought, gazing at his best friend in the photo. Naruto took his eyes of the photo to look at the clock. His eyes widened at the time. "Holy Shit! It's 1:30, I've gotta meet the old hag in 15 minutes!" Naruto yelled, jumping out of bed.
"Thank God, I took a shower before I went to bed last night!" Naruto said, as he put on his clothes. The orange jumpsuit was long gone as the years went by. He now wears a skin tight crimson short sleeved shirt that shows the outline of his abs, black pants that were tight but not tight enough that it will restrict his movements in battle, a pair of black combat boots, a black cloak that stopped at the middle of his shins, his sword that was tied on the left side of his hip by a crimson scarf, and his black leaf ninja headband located around his neck. (A/N: Think of Hinata.) After Naruto was sure he had all of his ninja gear, he ran to the bathroom, to look in the mirror, and started to fix his hair.
As the years went by, Naruto's short spiky hair grew longer, resulting in mid-back length hair. But if you comb all of it back, you would notice how much Naruto changed, beside his outfit and his hair, most would say his looks and personality changed the most. Naruto stared back at his reflection as he finished putting his hair in a low ponytail. Naruto now had a lip piercing, two different colored eyes the right one was his usual azure blue and the other was black, and all of the baby fat from his face was gone, giving him a more mature look. Naruto sighed, as he adjusted his bang so it will cover his left eye. After he was finished with that, Naruto rushed out the door, not forgetting to grab a s'mores pop tart. (A/N:I love pop tarts! XD)
