Shocking
The park was packed with people by the time Joanne managed to find a parking spot for Petite. Wandering through the crowd she grinned and waved hello to the people she knew while she looked for Billy. But from behind her Joanne heard someone called her name. When Joanne turned around she was surprised to see a friend that she had known from the academy.
Lita had taken some of the same classes that Joanne had and they had gotten along so well that they started hanging out at work. They had become best friends and both women still considered the other their best friend. Lita went to work for the FBI after the academy so they didn't get to see each other as much anymore.
So when Joanne saw her friend she couldn't help but squeal as she threw her arms around Lita. Joanne dragged Lita towards the picnic tables as they talked about all the things that have happened lately. Joanne decided to go get some drinks for them while Lita watched Bruce with his reporter girlfriend.

But Joanne was surprised to see Billy and Mel standing with Lita when she finally fought her way through the crowds. The laughter that she could hear made Joanne very nervous about what they are talking about.
When Billy saw Joanne he grinned at Lita and laughed. Joanne sat down next to Lita while handing her the soda that she was carrying while keeping an eye on Billy. Which was a good thing because as soon as she sat down Billy told Joanne that Lita had told them about dragging Joanne to some strip tease classes during their senior year. Joanne glared at Lita while Billy and Mel started to laugh again.
It was at that moment that Morrison made his way over to the small group. When Mel saw Morrison she stopped laughing but unfortunately Billy continued to tease Joanne about the stripping class. Hearing Billy's joke made Morrison stop in his tracks (while tuning red) while Joanne tried to imagine a worse situation than having Morrison hear about the stupid classes.
Shaking his head, Morrison turned to talk to Jen which gave Mel a chance to shut Billy up. Joanne snapped at Lita about telling that story but Lita just grinned and brought up another story.
Watching Lita tell Billy and Mel another embarrassing story while Morrison did his best to get away from the group. He looked shocked about what he had heard but Joanne couldn't figure of if it was because she had when to the class or because they were talking about things like this in public.
Joanne finally decided that it really wasn't worth introducing Lita to anyone else and that she was just thankful that Gary had decided not to come to the picnic.
