Bruce leaded against the light post. Lonely Princess was late. This would be their first adventure together. People past him, not noticing him; shadows passing along. Every five minutes or so Bruce looked down at his watch, hoping that it hadn't been as long as it felt. After thirty minutes of constant looking up and down, Bruce gave up and left.

Where you might ask-Lonely Princesses house of course.

Bruce walked up the apartment stairs and knocked on room 205. There was a frustration of crashes and finally an annoyed shriek, if that's how you would describe it, if you could describe it. The door opened and a flustered, Lonely Princess opened the door. Her dark, brown, pig-tails where even messier than usual and milk had splattered all along her frilly, black dress. Even the odd, pink, party-hat on her head was crooked.

"Ah! Bruce! I need your help."

Bruce studied her. Yes she did.

As Bruce entered her humble abode she noticed the boxes of cereal all over her floor and kitchen table. Some were open, other were completely "untouched". A splash of milk stained the carpet floor. What had happened?

"Lonely Princess?"

"Yes Bruce!" Lonely Princess replied, still flustered, but still as happy as she always was.

"Wha-what happened here?" Bruce asked.

Lonely Princess crossed her arms and looked down at her ruined dress. "I was packing… but I can't seem to fit all of the cereal in one bag."

Bruce shook his head. "Then use more than one bag-how about a suitcase?"

Lonely Princess's face lit up.

"Ah! Good advice Bruce! I'll do that."

Lonely Princess walked over to the closet next to the door. As she opened it, boxes of cereal flooded out. It didn't faze Bruce.

After minutes of rummaging through the cereal, Lonely Princess pulled out a black, rolling suitcase. She kneeled on the floor and unzipped the suitcase, grabbing a box of cereal to put it in. Bruce kneeled next to her and placed his hand on her bare shoulder. "You go change. I'll pack the cereal."

This was the beginning of the adventure-a new life, a new start, a new way to be as random as you wanted to be.

Bruce met Lonely Princess at the park. Children played around on the jungle gym and swings and pretty much all of the other play equipment there was. Their joyous screams and shouts filled both the ears of Bruce and Lonely Princess. This was truly going to be an adventure….

Lonely Princess darted towards the road and stopped at the curb, staring at the hard, black path. Bruce followed to energetic, five-year old-spirited woman. She was now changed into the dress he had first met her in: a black, pink polka-dotted dress. It was fitting since she still had the party-hat on.

"Bruce! Bruce. Bruce…" Lonely Princess trailed off as she looked up into the local stores around her.

"Yes Princess?" Bruce replied.

"I've never been outside before." she said.

"Then why are we going on an adventure?" Bruce asked.

"I don't know Bruce. That Man always scared me from coming."

Just at that moment, That Man came running after them, and Bruce and Lonely Princess ran back into Lonely Princess's home, deciding to take an adventure surfing the interwebs of Youtube… watching The Men Who Do Nothing (and MrEpicMan).
