Illogical
Winston had been working for the Crofts for years. He had even known his young mistress, Lara, as a child. He was only a servant, he had no right to critizice. Instead, he let his young lady rest after her adventure that lead her in the most glaucous areas of both Paris and Prague. She had been accused of her mentor Von Croy's murder. To sum it up, she was visiting him before he died, she had witness a Monstrum's attack, she had been knocked out and when she woke up, Von Croy was dead. She had taken him in her arms, the police was coming and she had his blood on her hands. It was starting off badly for her indeed, while she had run away, in a reflex to save her freedom. But there was one thing she knew. She didn't kill Von Croy. Thus, this was what Winston was wondering:
How came that Miss Lara Croft, an adept in cartesian logic, hadn't simply explained her story to the police, thus becoming an eye witness of the crime and thus sparing herself a long and tiring lam?
He dared ask her his question.
"To be honest Winston, your thinking is better than mine..."
"Then, why Miss Croft?"
"I didn't think of it that way..." Lara confessed sheepishly
