Humanoid Federation

Takes place in the year 1999 H.U. (Humanoids United)

It's been 1999 years since the creation of the Humanoid Sector. 1999 years since the Collectors tried their experiment of pulling together the various solar systems, that had any humanoids lifeforms living on even one of the worlds, for the purpose of studying them and more easily harvesting the space fairing civilizations. 1994 years since the "Federation of Allied Planets" morphed into the "Humanoid Federation". 1993 years since the Reapers were defeated and the Mass Relays were destroyed.

1999 years by the Galactic Standard calendar that is. A day on the rings lasted 30 hours, with 20 hours of daylight and 10 hours of night.

It takes the Star Clusters 1095 days for the ring, and all other rings, to orbit the center of the Galaxy. Everything in the universe is synchronized to that timetable. It's how long it took everything and everyone, with magic, to age a single year. And how she started measuring years.

There are 12 months in a year but now the months are about 90 days each. Each month measured an entire season on the Rings, with 3 sets of seasons in a year.

Example: October was the last Summer of the year, November was the last Fall, and December was the final Winter.

There are 8 Lunar cycles a month on the Citadel, sometimes more depending on the Season, making a total of 100 Lunar Cycles in a year. These cycles are frequently called "Moons" or "Weeks" and used as time measurements themselves.

Thanks to medical advancements, through genetic engineering, and natural evolution, humanoids now age at that rate like any other sentient creature.

Despite their now, freakishly long lifespans, of 157 Galactic standard years... well Humanoids just weren't satisfied with living so long... they wanted to live forever. Although that is impossible, humanoids had come as close to immortal as possible.

Rejuvenation is the process of dematerializing the body (Using medical "Rejuve Pods" based off Star Trek transporter technology) and removing specific markers caused by "growth sperts" to regress the body to a prepubescent state. The oldest the body can be regressed without causing complications is 12 years old, due to the 'puberty barrier' as it is called. Well the youngest the body can legally be regressed is 2 years and 3 months. Once the body regresses to that limit, the brain starts having difficulty retaining their adult life. Regressing a body younger then 2 is effectively killing everything that person was, and then reincarnating them.

Since it's development it has become the staple of civilization in the Humanoid Sector. The Humanoid Federation mainly uses it to extend life indefinitely. However they have also found other uses for the technology. The reason the individual was regressed was indicated by a symbol on the back of both the child's hands.

Rejuvenated adults think no differently then 'Real Children'. A Rejuve's brain chemistry, and general makeup, are regressed with them. Rejuves just have more life experience. However, even though a Rejuve should theoretically know better then a 'Real Child', their brains are just as equally underdeveloped. Particularly their frontal lobe, which controls rational thinking. Adult experiences with conflicting childish impulses and poor reasoning skills actually results in Rejuves requiring a firmer hand, as they tend to act up more and try to do things they could as an adult but are no longer safe for them.

Another side effect of this conflict is a weak bladder. Adult memories through a child's perspective can result in difficulty controlling their bladder. It doesn't help that a Rejuve's bladder is naturally much smaller then they are used to have. This results in the Rejuve needing to be re-potty trained. That means diapers for the first few years after Rejuvenation.

Kindern, who don't have marks, as they are first time children. It is impolite to call them 'Real Children' as the Rejuve procedure is too efficient for such terminology.

Medicalos (indicated by an "M") are adults who were regressed into children as a means to save them from disease or injury. The Rejuve Pods have been improved over the millenniums. Default filters will automatically treat near any illness or injury as it regresses the body. The body has to be regressed during this process as it makes it easier to remove these anomalies and treat injuries through regressing the mass. More often then not a Doctor will recommend an individual go through the Rejuve Pod as a result of old age. Legally they can do that no youger then 140. Medicalos are by far the most common and respected of the Rejuves.

Psycholos (Indicated by the greek letter "Ψ") were rejuved by order of their psychotherapist. Well most are volunteers, after some convincing from their Doctor, others recieve it as through court order for the protection of themselves and others. Most mental disorders can be cured through the procedure. Genetic disorders being treated by alternating the DNA during rejuvenation. Unfortunately, for environmentally cased mental disorders, it is necessary for the child to go through rigorous therapy well living in a more nurturing environment. It is simply easier to treat them as rejuvenation regresses the brain chemistry, making them more sustainable to suggest and reeducation.

Voluntaras (Indicated by a "V") is a person who voluntarily rejuvenated. There are various reasons for this but the most common is old age, before 140 years old.

Prisoners of War (Indicated by a "W") are pretty self explanatory. In accordance with the Treaty of Aldebaran, prisoners of war are rejuved back to an age where they are not any help to the war effort (for humans that is 4 to 5), and returned to their own side.

Penitatas, AKA "Pennies" or rather a "Penny" (Indicated by a "P"). A convicted criminal, meant to go through a reeducation program, under the watchful eyes of firm but nurturing guardians. Crimals are not locked way in a cell. They are even allowed to move about the city, under their guardians supervision. There are numerous 'Penny Compounds', modeled after Suburbia, where they can wander freely, Provided they have their guardians permission and report home before curfew.

Criminals are given the opportunity to better themselves through reeducation. They attend a penny school in their neighborhood, which will teach them college material. Pennies may be disciplined more harshly, and even more frequently, then the other rejuves or Kinderns but there are laws protecting them from abuse. The purpose of this is to reeducate them, so that when will grow up again, they will be a more productive member of society.

Rejuve Pods becoming more common place are not the only change in the 1999 years since the Reapers defeat. The Federation was unable to maintain it's "Equality for All" agenda as a result of how prejudice, and sometimes even xenophobic, outlook of the other space fairing humanoid civilizations. Now there is a clear "Humanity First" agenda, with aliens living as second class citizens.

However, many of the Allied Planets values continued on in the Humanoid Federation. Such as the Prime Directive, which states a firm "non interference" policy with pre warp civilizations and a fundamental law not to try to influence other cultures.

Starfleet is still around, as a joint defense force for all Humanoid worlds. However, Aliens are still permitted to join and some even ascend the ranks all the way to admiral. Starfleet has even explained, with a Starfleet Academy being held on all capital planets of Affiliated humanoids. It's primary mission is still as an exploration and diplomatic Armada.

With a Star Cluster of over 10 million light years in diameter, they still have much exploring to do. Thanks to the Tau'ri Humanoids (from Stargate's Earth) they have placed Stargates on every Federation affiliated planet, as well as far larger Space gates between many solar systems to allow for FTL ships to safely travel to other Space Gates in that Quadrant, They have even created more advanced gates that allow travel between Quadrants (one per Quadrant) which are big enough for a fleet to get through.

Homo Magi have become far more common place and are even a respected race of humanoids in the Sector. This is a result of simple evolution that occurred over the 10s of thousands of solar cycle based years. Over the course of this, humanoid evolve into a purely magical race.

The humans that survived this long, thanks to the Rejuve Pods, were treated with Lyrium based genetic engineering to give them biotic powers, which they now pass on genetically. This means Biotic humans are now a race in their own right. Biotics joined together and began colonizing their own solar systems and eventually got acknowledged as a planetary government with a seat on the Federation Senate.

The Omega Cluster is made up of 42 Colossal Stars, which are each orbited by their own solar systems. This is known as a Mega System. No sentient humans had yet to evolve in this Quadrant but the planets did have the potential for it. Or rather, they used to. All these planets were Terraformed by various aliens to meet their unique needs. The aliens formed their own united government in this Quadrant, however it is not even a tenth of the size of the Humanoid Federation.

Each Franchise has their own Mega Cluster well each race has a star system all them themselves, with the center star system at the heart of each Mega Cluster having planets for all races of that franchise.

Humanoid evolved from Dragons

• Homodraco can breed with anything. However everything they breed with always as children as pure blooded Homodraco, no Hybrids. They are number 4 in the Draconic hierarchy as they are the natural evolution of Dragons into a humanoid form. The only reason they are not ranked higher is because they lost their immortality, still living 10s of thousands but do not have true longevity like the top three dragon Species.

• They have numerous abilities such as being able to change their size and transforming into any dragon species. They have Elemental bending powers (Like in Avatar The Last Airbender) over all four elements (Earth, Wind, Water, Fire), plus can bend magic in it's rawest / most destruction form. In addition they are extremely powerful spell casters, with unicorn levels of reality bending.

• Their natural state is a humanoid form with human skin tones, strangely colored hair and eyes, sharp teeth, and pointy ears. They stand at 6 to 7 feet tall, but they start out the size of regular human children. They just keep growing until they are 30.

*Asari have a humanoid skeletal structure. Although their vastly different biology makes them technically humanoids. However they are treated as such because of how desirable they are. Asari produce a combination of pheromones and a passive telepathic field which make them more desirable at ALL species.

*Their skin color tends to be blue or purple, due to their purple blood. Some Asari have colorful patterns on their face. More often then not, these patterns resemble eyebrows but are not limited to such. They can be very unique and complex patterns. In place of head hair, Asari have short tactical like appendages (similar to the limbs of a Starfish). Asari live over 1000 years and considered on of the wisest species in the Galaxy as a result. Asari are a mono-gendered species ,with no concept of gender differences. Although they resemble, and sound like, human women, to the point they are often referred to as "Her" or "she" by other races, although some due prefer Male or gender neutral pronouns.

*Asari have a very unique form of reproduction, which can let them breed with any species. Contradictory they reproduce largely asexually. They need a partner to reproduce, but they do not need any kind of DNA sample from them. What they do is copy their partner's personality traits, along with their racial brainwave patterns, then incorporating that in their own, asexually produced, offspring. They do not need to have sex to do this. Although the "melding" of brainwaves is a very intimate and pleasurable experience, it is not sex, nor does it require ANY form of physical contact.

Mgalekgolo are made up of small orange worms called Lekgolo, that form a single collective consciousness within their colonies (called a Mgalekgolo colony). Each colony acts as a single individual. Lekgolo are rather stupid on their own but the more of them there are in a colony the more complex their collective thoughts can be.

*When a Mgalekgolo colony becomes too big, it will split off into two separate (and completely independent) colonies. Although this effectively results in 2 separate individuals, both the Mgalekgolo colonies will maintain a strong emotional bond, similar to a "sibling" relationship. They are often referred to as "bond brothers" or "mates."

*To protect the new colony (and allow for easier movement), Mgalekgolo will bind their "mate" in a high tech battle suit. It has extremely dense armor with various weapons built into it (including a plasma Canon).

*Mgalekgolo do not use vocal chords so they speak by vibrating their bodies. This allows them to mimic any language, although it is difficult for them. New technologies have evolved (and installed into their suits) which makes it easier to communicate with other species.

*Mgalekgolo colonies have evolved into magic, gaining the ability to manipulate magic in it's raw form.

* Eywa, a living world, leaves the humanoid populated Gamma Quadrant and claims a Mega Cluster for herself. She has the Avatar Clan of the Na'vi bring thousands of seeds of the sacred tree to the other planets of the system. They use terraforming technology to have the seeds grow of each workd grow and consume each of the planets into Artificially created Celestials, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 style. The Avatars then built dozens of Mega blocks, based on Dredd, to minimize their effect on each of the planets. Mega blocks take up exactly 100 sq miles but are constructed like Skyscrapers. Each can house over a billion Na'vi as well has hundreds of business and entertainment floors and bay doors for Space ships. there are even farming levels in order to grow food to be used for the Replicators. Although these buildings are constructed using materials harder then Diamonds they are not void of live. Many planets and trees grow inside them, intentionally connected to the mind of the planet through conductors throughout the buildings. These buildings are truly massive cities but they aren't filled near capacity. They were constructed with the intention of allowing the population to safely grow well having a minimal effect on the planet.

* Everglow was once the capital and center of trade for this Mega System. Well each solar system belonged to a different race of Quadraped, the core planets that directly orbited the colossal Star were home to all... this did not last as without the Celestials to guide, resentments built between the races until they erupted into war. This resulted in the lose of Everglow, as well as all other core planets, due to magical fallout. The other systems signed a piece treaty but things were still strained between them. The core planets became off limits and that whole system became a neutral zone were ships would fire at each other without risk of another war erupting. It became infected with pirates and warmongers from all the races. Any ship that entered did so at great risk.

* However, after a few generations, the inhabitants of Everglow returned to the stars. The other races learned they had been suffering alone for 1500 years and had been living in a fallout wasteland, scavenging and struggling for survival as the other system squabbled. This inspired the other systems to write up new treaties, getting rid of the neutral zone in order to send aid to the worlds that lived their. The shame of Everglow still having survivors after all this time resulted in a new era of interspecies cooperation and peace.

Humanoid Sector History

Different Stars, Saga

The Collectors from the Game "Mass Effect 2" move all solar systems with humaniods into one Sector. The inhabitants of Midgard notice the stars are different before being attacked by the Collectors. They fight off a Global invasion and many heroes go off into space to save the other planets.

The Titans are sent out by the Justice League to recruit new planets (with races that have Superpowers and would be helpful) into the fight against the Collectors. Midgard has the means to mass produce a sizable fleet of Ships (Using self replicating Nanobot technology) but don't have the numbers to crew them.

The Federation isn't happy about Midgard effectively using primitive worlds as canon fodder but The Midgardians insist that unless they get as many super humans as possible in the fight they will lose, still The Allied Planets join them in the fight against the Collectors.

The Master Chief from the fan fiction "The Last Spartan" by "DinoJake" enters the fight and leads the final attack against the Collectors.

Reapers, Saga

based on the the fic "The Last Spartan" by DinoJake, but continues after it is abandoned. The storyline from the game "Mass Effect 2" happened just before hand. The Reaper Saga itself takes place in a reimagining of the 3rd game. Adventuring all over the galaxy doing many side missions and recurring many different aliens to help them.

The Normandy goes out and recruits alien worlds for help. My OC and and several Bronies and monster OCs From my Smark Mouth Timeline join the crew. Well the other students of Doctor Whooves go out on the front lines to face the Reapers head on.

The Cybermen and Borg join the Reapers and are upgraded into the ultimate cyberneticly enhanced lifeform. The Reapers believe this is the key to finally ending their cycle of harvest. They begin trying to upgrade countless planets into CyberBorg.

Unlike the Third game of Mass Effect the resources and Allies the team gathers plays a huge role in if the team can beat the Reapers as they are repurposing the Citadel and preventing the Reapers from gaining control of it, as it is revealed to be a weapon of mass destruction that will Help the Reapers upgrade the galaxy, that works in connection with the Halo Rings.

At the End of the final battle the Team upload Cortana into the Reaper mainframe as the new commanding program. All the Mass Relays are destroyed but not before The Normandy, and the rest of the alien fleet, goes through and ends up trapped in the Humanoid Sector.

The Reapers and Cyberborg are stuck in the Citadel Sector with Corona controlling them to make them docile well she reprograms them.

The Normandy crashes on an uninhabited world, there ship completely totaled, and are forced to make it their home.

Planet Normandy

This planet was made home by the original crew of Normandy after it crashed on an isolated planet. After years of being stranded, The Normandy's crew realized they were likely never getting off the planet they crashed on. So they built lives for themselves. As there were only a few dozen crewmen, made up of various species, at the start that proved tricky. The original Vulpony, Smart Mouth, created a way for them to reproduce. He combined cloning, genetic engineering, Alchemy, and Necromancy in order to brew several new races based off the members of the crew. Originally it was just so the interspecies couples that were forming could have children. These various cauldron born races are known as Normandian Equines, commonly just "Equines".

[i]Traits of Equines: [/i]
◇ Equines are neither male nor female. They look male, with a penis and pretty boy features, but lay eggs and produce milk. They have 8 nipples, 2 on their chest and one on each of their abs. They can have sex for pleasure but they can only reproduce Asexually, and only once every 50 years.
◇ Equines lay an average of 3 eggs. The eggs can only be hatched through exposure to high levels of magic. However they can stay dormant indefinitely. As a result, Equines tend to wait 3 years, or longer, between hatching their eggs. They wait for their child to start preschool before hatching the next egg.
◇ Equines do not poop, instead the waste is disintegrated and used to fuel their magical pathways well the nutrients in the food fuels the rest of their body. The anus is purely for sex and reproduction.
◇ Equines are also Physically, Mentally, and Magically superior. The average adult having an IQ of 300. Well they can also bench press 10 thousand pounds (as a result of their muscles and bones being made of a much denser, but far lighter, organic material). They can even destroy a Starship with a single magical blast (provided it's shields are down).
◇ Equines have a life expectancy of 500+ a few extra decades.
◇ Equines have large reserves of magic and various powers unique to all Equines, including 3 primary forms. They have a Humanoid form as their natural state (Usually they have various bright pastel colors for their skin, hair, and eyes. They also have a pony tail, hooved legs, and pony ears. However beyound that they have a completely human appearance), a Beast form (usually a ponified version of their alien species), and an Anthro form (a Bipedal version of their beast form).

iMagic Powers of Equines Racesi
All these races have the same basic powers. There very bodies act as a natural Focus for spell casting, allowing the following abilities. However these abilities must be trained like any other muscle. Depending on how much they are used determines how powerful that specific power is.
◇ Telekinesis:
AKA "Mage Hand", moving nearby objects with minds. Requires minimal Chakra be looped for anything that their body can physically lift but as the weight goes further beyond their limits it requires more Chakra devoted to the task
◇ Healing:
Manipulate energy to heal self and others, requires advanced medical training but taught in all civilian schools to those that are interested
◇ Telekinetic Flight:
flying at high speeds without the necessity of wings. Although this is an extremely tricky power to learn it only requires a very small amount of energy be looped
◇ Telekinetic Push:
A burst of telekinetic force that pushes away objects
◇ Telekinetic Force-Field:
Also know as "Barrier", creating an energy shield around their body to repel damage. How much damage the shield can take depends on how much Chakra was looped for it
◇ Light:
light can be produced by generating it with your own Chakra. Requires looping to hold
◇ Telekinetic Strength:
able to lift a great deal of weight just by touching it. requires looping Chakra. Yokai that don't have hands in their beast or Anthro forms can still hold things through this power
◇ Telekinetic Punch:
by looping Chakra into arms or legs physical attacks do a lot more damage can can even drain an opponent's Chakra reserves
◇ Tactile Telekinetic Disassemble: can make things explode by touching them. Can create a delayed reaction by not having it explode until something else with Chakra touches it. AKA a person stepping on it will set it off but not a lower animal. A large amount of Chakra needs to be used to make these traps but it does not need to be looped
◇ Kai Blast:
All the various Dragon Ball Z attacks
◇ Poison:
Create energy based poison attacks which slowly damage the body. Greater Poison Jutsus can even dissolve the body. Can only be applied through touch. Requires medical combat training, not offered in schools

Can create an orb so super dense it generates its own gravity. Basically the Biotic power "Singularity" from Mass Effect
◇ Illusions:
Through bending light they generate through their own Chakra. Requires looping Chakra to sustain the Illusion

Through layering light with extra Chakra to make it physical. Requires looping Chakra
◇ Chameleon:
bending light to give the appearance of near visibility, requires looping Chakra
◇ Overload:
Can cast Electronics to malfunction or even explode
◇ Elemental Bending:
Able to convert their own Chakra into a specific element of Fire, Water, Wind, or Equus and control it. But can only "bend" one element, no more.

* The original Vulpony was naturally born between a pony and a fox demon. He is the one to create the brew which created the new races. He created the his own race of Vulponies based off his humanoid form and used the appearance of his humanoid form for the standard for for most of races, save the Yaun-ti Pureblood

*They look human-like but with minor reptilian features, such as snake-like eyes, a forked tongue, and patches of scales on their skin. They still have the classic hoofed feet like all Equines and come in any pastel color, although they are usually colors commonly found in snakes. However they have needle like hair which is typically an abnormal color for snakes.
*Can shapeshift into any kind of regular or magical snake (Everything from a garden snake to a basilisk, with a winged serpent known as a Couatl). However their coloring remains the same, so it is easy to distinguish them from the real thing if you know what you are looking for.
*Their Anthro Form is a long serpent with a torso and hooved legs for arms. They move around by slithering as they use their legs to drag their body for faster speeds. They have the head of a scaly pony with a needle like mane.
◇ Ookami Drake
Kobold, Wolf Yokai, Pegasus, Human
*Very small humanoids, standing at 3'5 feet. They largely resemble scrawny children until they reach 500 where their age starts shopping in the form of wrinkles.
*Their beast form looks like a reptilian cross between a Wolf and Pegasus. Most of their body his scaly except for their fluffy wolf tail and underbelly. They even have scaly wings. Their hind legs are hooved well their front legs have paws (with opposable thumbs). Well their eyes are pure black. They very skinny (almost stick all bone) and have the head of a Kobold, very long snout, with a pony like mane. Well in this form they are the size of a pony foal.
*Their Anthro form is pretty much just a bipedal version of their beast form. Standing at 4 feet.
*Ookami Drakes are still considered Dragons and considered a step up from Kobolds in the Draconic Hierarchy. They are actually rated pretty high amongst the other Sapient Dragons, due to their magical power.
Mass Effect Races:
◇ Turian Pony
Turian, Unicorn, Human
*Their Anthro Form looks very much like their pure Turian ancestors, but can be in various pastel colors. They also have long skinny hooves, a horse like tail, a mane, and two curved horns.
*Their Beast Form is a Unicorn with 2 curved horns, a set of mandibles around their mouths, and 2 long fingers with an opposable thumb on their front legs, back legs are hooved.
◇ Salarians Pony
Salarian, Unicorn, Human
*There Beast form is of a hairless / amphibious skinny pony with no tail. They retain their black eyes, horns, and ear holes, well standing at 5 foot.
*Their Anthro form pretty much just a bipedal version of their beast form, standing at 7 feet.
*Salarians Ponies still have their high metabolism, allowing their minds and bodies to work much faster than most sapient races. Well only requiring 3 hours of sleep a night. However, through the alchemical engineering of Equiness, they suffer none side effects from this beyond requiring a large amount of calories each day. They retain the average lifespan of a pony (500+ years).
◇ Drell Pony
Drell, Pegasus, Human
*Their beast form is a reptilian pony with feathery wings. No hair, just scales and feathers.
*Their Anthro form looks pretty much like a bipedal version of their beast form, standing at 6'3. This form as venomous scales that can cause hallucinations.
*All Drell ponies have an eidetic memory. Although their slender bodies can make them look weak, their muscles are much denser then most lifeforms.
Halo Races
◇ Elite Pony
Sangheili, Unicorn, Human
*Their Beast Form is basically a Sangheili unicorn, only bigger, at 8 feet.
*Their Anthro Form is just a bipedal Beast Form, standing at 10 feet
◇ Grunt Pony
Unggoy, Earth Pony, Human
*Very Small humanoids, standing at 4 feet. They look like Dwarves from fantasy settings, but without the beards.
*Their Beast Form looks like a cross between an Unggoy and an Earth Pony. With a clear exoskeleton, instead of fur, but retain a pony's mane and tail. Their front legs are flat with three-toed feet, and another toe on the back of their feet. Well in this form they are the size of a pony foal.
*Their Anthro form looks like a cross between a Unggoy and a bipedal Earth Pony. They stand at 4 feet.
*Grunt Ponies need to wear sealed mask over their mouth and nose, in oxygen based environments. They do not need to breath and too much oxygen is actually bad for them. They are built to survive the vacuum of space. This is a result of enhancements too their DNA durning the brewing process.
◇ Jackal Pony
Kig-Yar, Pegasus, Human
*Their Beast Form looks like a cross between a Kig-Yar and a Pegasus. Very skinny quadraped bodies with hooves on all 4 legs. They have bird like heads, with long skinny beaks filled with tiny razor sharp teeth. Needle like manes and tail.
*Their Anthro form is pretty much just a bipedal version of their beast form.
*Jackal Pony are carnivores known for eating other Sapient creatures, both their enemies and their own dead. It is actually how they honor their dead and show respect to their fallen enemies. There is no greater disrespect to the head, in their mind, then refusing to eat them.

◇ All races live on the same continent. There are no county borders. Instead each Species has there own City State. However smaller villages are uncommon. Instead most Equines live in RV like hover cars, called wagons, and travel nomadicly inside one with their extended family and slaves.
◇ The nicer Wagons have extension charms which make them bigger on the inside. The more powerful the enchantment the large inside it is. Wagons are fully self sufficient, using replicator technology and self filtering air / water. They have farms inside them to grow fruits or vegetables to use as raw matter to replenish the Replicators. The first Wagons were created by the Founders as a means of protecting families well exploring the planet and the inhabitants adapted them to be their preferred way of life.
◇ Usually multiple families live in a Wagon due to these extension charms. They act as a close net traveling caravans.
◇ Villages are very uncommon but the ones that do exist are used as trading post. Caravans will set up in specific districts in the Town to sell their wares and buy luxury goods of their own or enter entertainment.
◇ There was a Doctrine, supposedly left by the founders of Normandy, which dictates the core laws of the world. No city state may disobey them as they are considered the sacred laws of Gods. The Doctrine is refered to as the "Union of Equine Liberty", UEL for short. Sometimes commoners and religious officials refere to it as the "word of gods"
◇ According to the UEL, it is illegal to take taxes out of employee checks, federal taxes, or state taxes. Sales Tax is the only exception form of taxation that way people don't spend more on taxes then they can afford on luxuries. Necessities are none taxable.
◇ Medication and treatment is free with a worldwide health insurance policy. Doctors are considered government employees and are paid a flat rate plus a bonus for every patient they successfully treat, passed their quota.
◇ Minimum wage is the cost of living in that area plus 1000 bits a month. This makes it so more people make minimum wage but there are less poor.
◇ Minimum wage jobs are given on a day by day basis. Meaning you are hired for that day and that day alone but you can go back to the same company and get hired again the next day. Salary based employees are reserved for higher paying jobs.
◇ Salary based employees can take a month's worth of sick days plus a month's worth of paid vacation days.
◇ You don't have to pay into social security. Instead the government pays all retired Elderly for the cost of living plus extra depending on how much they used to make well they were working.
◇ Preschool is mandatory and begins at age 3. Education continues through college until they are 25. Then, typically, they go to work as an apprentice. However many children become apprentices at a young age, well still in school, usually for a family trade. Beginning in Elementary school, Students learn from a computer at their own pace. A teacher watches over them to answer questions, make sure they apply themselves, discipline them, and to walk the class through "class participation" activities (such as Story Time, Nap Time, Recess, Lab, Music, Art, Physical Education, Power Training, Lunch, and after school club activities). This results in Doctorates being harder to earn but can be achieved by anyone.
◇ It is the constitutional right of any caretaker to be able to discipline anyone 29 and under in their care. Police, medical professionals, educators, and certified sitters may choose to spank the buttocks or genitals of children at their discretion. Family have this right throughout the person's lifespan to punish them, so long as the disciplinarian is older.
◇ Anyone who recievea an honorable discharge from the military is able to recieve full benefits and a pension from the government.
◇ The Military has an Naruto Style apprenticeship program. Where young children learn how to use their powers and apply them in combat well they are in school. Slaves can be enlisted in this Academy and posted with their master, however joining the military does not earn them their freedom. Merely more privileges and rights. There master most also sign off on their training and they usually only choose truly loyal slaves.
◇ Slavery is very common in this world but the Doctrine gives a long and complex list involving slave ownership. Slaves do have rights, such as the right to live and be cared for. Slaves even have a right to an education, usually only learning the basics and a craft that can benefit their master.
◇ Slaves are treated like beloved pets, that can do housework and that their masters fuck regularly.
◇ An individual cannot be born into slavery, unless they are a Centaur, Serpenthoof, or Merpony. However only those three races can be spared from being neutered if their owner has an permit for them to breed slaves (but they can only breed a specific number of each race depending on what the permit allows). No other races can be born into slavery. However orphans are up for grabs as slaves if no family member can claim them. Eggs to older children are sold into slavery frequently to settle debts. However, once a child starts producing seamen it is no longer legal to sell them unless they are already a slave.
◇ Anyone unable to work receives a check for the cost of living plus extra depending on how much they used to make if they ever worked.
◇ If there is a government shutdown politicians, even the leader of the city, don't get paid.
◇ guns, nuclear weapons, and biological weapons are legal to use or manufacture for even the military.
◇ The planet is surrounded by several networks of satellites. One generates power, another controls the weather, another creates a 4G network across the planet with no dead zones.
◇ Equines technological levels are similar to our own, in same ways more advanced were in others very much lacking. Weapons and transport is still very primitive. They still use bows, spears, and swords combined with their powers.
◇ All Equine Citizens have a profile connected to a chip (installed at birth) in their wrist which records their entire history and online purchases. Anytime they buy an electronic device they need to sync it up to their chip so that they can access everything.
◇ Equines have Smart flatscreen TVs which don't work like our own. Instead each Television company has a streaming service App. There all their movies and tv shows are free. It is illegal to charge consumers for them so these corporations use Commercials to make money. Usually commericals are for PDF files, music, audio dramas, and other digital media that provide links to purchase. The TV is equipped with special Apps, to access these things and make playlist of them, as well as the online store.
◇ Stores about historical figures from the time before they settled the planet remain popular to this day. However these figures have largely become myth and legend. No one believes they ever existed anymore.
◇ Equines have Android like phones but no traditional computers
◇ Most Equines fall in love online. Their Caravans will arrange to frequently meet at the same trading post for the two to court. If the 2 decide to marry, the caravans will merge together. Divorces is unheard of, as Equines mate for life. If a marriage is struggling the whole caravan gets involved to calm things down. Equines also believe in "Herds" were multiple people marry.
◇ 700 H.U.
The inhabitants of planet Normandy were discovered 700 years after the creation of the Humanoid Sector. However The Humanoid Federation refused to expose themselves as the inhabitants were clearly eons from Warp drive. They merely marked it as a planet of interest and continued to observe it carefully.
◇ 1980 H.U.
bandits discovered the Anthropologist on their planet. They killed them and used their ship to raid other ships in the Sector, selling what they found back to their home planet. Including other ships. In 1990, Planet Normandy succeeded in reverse engineering the vessel and built themselves their own fleet. The Humanoid Federation, feeling responsible for the planet prematurely discovering warp, almost immediately invited them to join their government and began guiding them well trying to persevere their culture.
◇ Equines colonized all solar systems of this Mega system except one. The core planets around the colossal star were left alone by Federation intervention, as the Federation wanted to leave that system to the native humanoids that evolved there.

Midgard

This is not important beyond the comic books the Children read and the toys they play with.

Superheroes are fully integrated into Midgard. However there is no longer a proper government but rather a council of corporations that rule over the planet. The Corp Senate still listens to the laws of the Humanoid Alliance but most Corporations care more about their bottom dollar then the citizens of Midgard.

One of the Corporations still cares a great deal about common people and shows that through licensing, sponsoring, and controling superheroes.

Stan Lee (A superhero who is Half-Human / Half-Watcher) is running a comic book company on Midgard, called "Marvel Detective Comics" or "MDC", which sells merchandise all over the Sector. He is part of the Corporate Council and his company is responsible for licencing Superheroes and selling superhero insurance to civilians. Most of his comics are based on historical figures and events as well as merchandise for new heroes. His most popular comics being about Superheroes from the Golden and Silver Age, most of which have been dead for centuries (according to the galactic calendar). As everyone knows all their secret identities at this point, Stan Lee writes a lot about their personal lives as well as their adventures as heroes. He also sells toys and various merchandise.

Although the heroes mostly stay on Midgard they are often hired by other wolrds and even Starfleet itself.

Midgards Mutant population has skyrocketed, making up the majority of their humanoids. The rest of the humanoids are Homo Magi, however they are still treated equals. Non Humanoid aliens are still treated like second class citizen by Midgardians however many join MDC to gain recognition and respect in the Sector. There was a brief war between the alien races and the Corporate Senate at one point which resulted in the aliens being forced to colonize other worlds in the system. However now they can live anywhere they want, but remain second class citizens if they settle on a Humanoid planet.

Linkara is a Homo Magi living on Midgard. He has a gun slinger class specializes in Runes and Enchantments craft skills. He uses these skills to enchant a large arsenal of magical gadgets, toys he uses a powerful enchantment on to make real. He records his adventures well reviewing comic books them edits and post them on the Extranet. based on the Storyline videos of his YouTube channel, up to the contest of Champions.

A teenage Clark Kent from the past. He is introduced to Krypto, a Kryptonian puppy with all his powers. Clark will eventually take the super dog back in time with him and keep it as a pet. The dog will eventually spawn the first Kryptonian puppies that will become common pets in the future.

• Batman Beyond:

Bruce Wayne looks like an old man as his body is deteriorating from thousands of years of refusing to drink human blood. He's dying. He takes on a final apprentice to be the new Batman.

Session 1-10:

Use 10 villains from the show, decidate a session introducing each.

Session 11:

Have a session reintroducing Tim Drake. After an incident with the Joker Tim was driven insane. Whenever he takes of his Batlad mask he becomes Joker Jr, an insane killing machine giggling with childish delight all the way. Well wearing his Batlad mask he's in more control of himself as it is a psychology coping device. He is the Sidekick of Nightwing. Both have taken up to drinking human blood but only from "Fang Bangers" who willingly give it, or criminals. They try their best not to kill the people they feed on, even the criminals. This is a campaign were they team up and the player can play as Nightwing, Batlad, or Batman Beyond.

Session 12:

Jason Todd is still the Red Hood and feeds on murders and rapist, killing them. Batman Beyond goes out to stop him and end up teaming up with him to stop a sex trafficking ring.

One of the planets in the Midgardian Mega System is known as New Gotham. This planet was once used as a penal colony, before Rejuvenation was used to reeducate Pennies. However, Midgard lost control of the planet and decided to just let the Villains have it. They put a barrier force field around the planet, which still stands to this day. The planet has become completely a lawless free state, where the most powerful, either magically or financially, rule. Children born here are taught how to survive in a nation without law, by being the smartest, the strongest, and the most ruthless.

Lex Luthor has cloned a lot of the Silver and Golden Ages heroes and put them in an Orphanage / boarding school designed to teach them how to be his own loyal army of villains.

The kids are currently 12. Dianna, Clark, and Bruce don't know it yet but they are the clones of Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman. They were Created by Lex Luther who wanted to use them to completely take over the planet and then free them from the barrier.

Campaign 1:

The young detectives investigate and stop crimes around their school, trying to protect the few innocent people who are trapped here.
