Under-appreciated Characters in Tolkien's books and the Movies.
Elladan and Elrohir:
I know who they are. Do you?
What about Elros?
And Arvedui - Last King at Fornost.
Celebrian was Elrond's wife,
Quickbeam a hasty Ent;
Silmarien was Elendil's daughter,
Tar-Ancalime first Ruling Queen in Westernesse.
And last but not least,
Cut from the movies,
Tom Bombadil,
And the lovely Goldberry.
A/N: Just a little poem I wrote. I know most people reading this know who
Elladan and Elrohir are, but most people in my class don't. I wrote this
when I was mad at one kid in my class koffkoffXavierkoff . He thought
Theoden (a.k.a 'that old guy who got young again) was was Aragorn's father.
And then, on the murmurs of dislike, changed his mind to, "Oh, wait, he
was that girl's dad, right?" (Which was followed by, "Her uncle," from most
of the rest of my class. I figure about three out of the twenty-five of so
people in Writing have actually read the books.)
