This is like a birthday fic for Kanda since all I've ever wrote about him are angst, so now he have a fluff story too! Kanda Yu looked at them shorter man who is walking beside him, his lover, Allen Walker. They have been together for almost two, and they already lived in the same house but Kanda never had the courage to say those three important words.
Allen noticed him looking "What is it Yu?" He really like it when Allen call him by his first name, not that he tells him that.
Kanda felt his like it's restricted. He wanted to say thank you, he wanted to say that he loves his smile and most of all he wanted to say I love you, but… "I just thought that you're really small, Moyashi"
Allen, of course, pouted at that "Call me Allen, BaKanda"
"If you grow at least an inch" he snorted, and Allen huffed. Slowly, Kanda reached out for Allen's hand. They walked together in silence while holding hands
"Moyashi…"
Allen disregarded the name "Hm?"
"I…" Instead of saying it he just squeezed Allen's hands a little bit. I love you…
Allen widened his eyes in realization before smiling softly
"I understand" he said "Me too"
Kanda let small smile play in his lips "One day" he tightened his hold "I'll be able to say it properly"
Allen grinned at him "I'll be waiting for it, Yu"
"You should really grow more, Moyashi"
He scowled "BaKanda, Don't ruin the mood!"
One day he will be able to say it. Those three magical words, and when he do, he'll yell it in a loud voice.
….But for now, he will whisper it with his small heart
I love you…
