"Chuck!" Blair yelled from the nursery. With any luck her husband will have not left with the two older kids and could still come back and help her.

"What's wrong?" he asked as he stepped into the room with her. Apparently, Blair Waldorf-Bass had luck on her side today.

"Aspen needs to be changed and I have my hands full with this one." she gestured affectionately to their other three month old daughter Dakota on the changing table.

"Come on Aspen. Let's get you ready so you can go with Mommy to Auntie Serena's house." Chuck practically cooed as he lifted their other three month old daughter from her crib.

Once the couple's youngest children were ready, they made their way toward the kitchen where the sound of bickering between their other children was making its way down the hall.

"Charlie. Audrey." Blair warned as she came into the kitchen. Both of her children were glaring at each other and the combination of Bass-Waldorf genes was apparent. "What's wrong?" she asked.

"Charlie says I can't like boys. That's not fair. He doesn't think about looking for a girlfriend because Avery Archibald is all he can think about." little 9 year old Audrey Waldorf-Bass was almost in a frenzy.

"I do not!" Charlie declared instantly but the slight redness in his cheeks gave him away.

"Darling. I'm sure your brother is simply trying to look out for you. But sweetie, you are only 9." Blair knelt in front of her as she buttoned up her coat and adjusted her headband. "What's the rush?"

"Yes but I don't want to end up alone. I can't show up at the charity gala next month without a date."

"Well who are the candidates?" Chuck looked at Blair with panic in his face but she gestured to him to not interrupt.

"Cameron and Andrew Archibald are both good looking enough but I think I like Chase Baizen."

"Baizen?" Chuck asked. "I don't think so."

"Why not daddy?" Audrey wondered.

"Let's just say that Daddy and Chase's daddy don't get along. But Chuck, that doesn't mean that Audrey can't like who she wants to." Blair tried to gently remind him.

"Of course." Chuck said having remembered the conversation with Blair about girls choosing who their parents tell them to stay away from.

"Well darling. Just let me know who you decide so we can make the proper introductions."

"Okay mom." and with that the little family made it's way into the elevator and down into the street where their limo sat waiting.
