Spider-Man and Others arrived in Japan for Tourism, but Peter saw a man running from cops called "Lupin III". Inspector Zenigata was attempted to stop Lupin III until Spider-Man arrived to help and Inspector Zenigata asks Spider-Man to capture Lupin III and His friends. Spider-Man is now Chasing Lupin III and He's going to Capture him.

Spider-Man is Chasing Lupin III and Spider-Man asks him for What did he stole, but Lupin III didn't answer Spider-Man's Question and Shots him. Spider-Man avoids the Bullets and Kicks Lupin III in His face. Lupin III has retired and says that he will fight Spider-Man in Round Two
