5 Harry Potter Drabbles From My IPod On Shuffle

Pictures to Burn – Taylor Swift

Lily Evans sat on the floor, her noticeable flame red hair cascading down her back while she stared at the matches in her hand. Pictures of the jerk that crushed her heart lay all around her. Twisting the match playfully in her hand she strikes it on the box before dropping it upon the pictures. Smiling she stood and watched as the smiling face of James Potter went up in flames.

"Burn, Burn, Burn baby, burn"

Decoy – Paramore

Cho Chang's familiar smirk broke through the crowd. Her uniform, which was shorter then regulation, flowed with her perfect body. Stopping for a moment she turned around to smile sweetly at the faces of the sea of angry Gryffindors. Flicking her hair she strutted away. After all, the Boy who lived was only her decoy. Why should she care?

Starstruck – Lady Gaga

A young Ginny Weasley huddled close to her mother as they walked through Kings Cross Station, The grinning faces of her troublesome brothers as they exchanges pranks for this coming year made her smile. A sweet, innocent smile. Her youngest brother Ron trundled along by her side pushing a rickety trolley full of battered suitcases which so happened to be wobbling dangerously. As her brothers began to race through the brick barrier to platform 9 3/4 she heard Fred and George play their usual name game before she saw him. With stunning green eyes and a mop of messy black hair. This boy had Ginny Weasley officially starstruck.

My Happy Ending – Avril Lavigne

Hermione Granger was looking forward to that night, she never thought it would end like this. It was meant to be a fairytale prom but it was more like a prom night from hell. She had stood toe to toe with Ron, screaming at him until her lungs broke. He retaliated with insults. Geek. Ugly. Fat. She hoped to god he didn't mean them as she ultimately took what she had said back already. Now sat in the Gryffindor common room tears streaming down her face. She mumbled one phrase.

"So much for my happy ending…"

Grow up – Simple Plan

The marauders lay against the lush green grass in the shade of the old oak tree. James and Sirius were busy creating drastic hair cuts and colourings for passing muggles who immediately screamed and took off at the speed of light. Remus sat, book in lap, eyeing the page slowly drinking in every word on the yellow pages. Peter sat cross legged staring into space but all them collapsed into a fit of laughter when they saw a particularly large, middle aged man with neon pink Mohawk. Laughing until they almost burst, the marauders never noticed as a red headed woman walked onto the garden lawn and watched them disapprovingly. Smiling, she held her young son, with a tuft of black hair already matching his father's, watching him as his piercing green eyes looked around curiously. She allowed herself to laugh a little before walking back into the weather worn cottage. As she did one thought crossed her mind...

Will they EVER grow up?
