Rory Gilmore and Zack Martin are 14 and are sitting on the couch in Carey's livingroom with Rory drinking a strawberry milkshake.
''so Rory what do ya think?'' he asks her
''mmm the strawberry smoothie is delicious.'' she tells him
''you got uh a strawberry stache.'' he tells her
''oh.'' she says embarrassed
''hey don't worry about it.'' he tells her and goes to pull her hand away from her top lip
''I got it.'' he says
Zack and Rory go to kiss.
''Mom in the room!'' Carey says
they both pull away.
''wow oh hey look at the time you're going to be late for your show'' she tells her
''oh thank you for your concern but my show isn't for like another 30 minutes and I have a 30 second commute.'' she tells them
''well there could be traffic you know you could get stuck in the elevator you know how it always bottleneck's at the 18th floor.'' he says
''nice try but you know the rule.''Carey tells her
''oh uh what don't blow my nose in the dish towels?'' he asks her
''oh no the other rule where you can't have a girl here unless there's a grown up in here.'' she tells her
''oh don't worry about it thanks I had a great time.''Rory tells him and puts his hand out for a hand shake
they shake hands looking at Carey.
''yea I had a great time too just fabolous...are you trying to ruin my life?'' he asks his mother
Rory is leaving out the door and hears this and turns back around.
Carey shrugs ''it's my job!'' she tells her
''dating at 14 stink's!'' Zack says madly
''I'm not a kid anymore!'' Zack says
''I'm a grown man a mature adult!'' Cody says madly to his mom
''come on Rory I'll walk ya down.'' Carey tells her and walks her out of the suite.
